someone turned roo into a bat... how do i get *my roo* back?!!

if this is a stupid question... sorry...

i've tried loading saved - and it didn't work... tried getting him wet - and loading saved - didn't work. tried logging out - didn't work...

please don't say there isn't anything to do...
or do i have to get him wet - and have someone put him back together again?
