I. Constantly breathes cartoon-y smoke out of his nose, much like

II. His mane, tail, and clouded feet and knees move like that as well.
III. Often found near stone areas. Tends to lay or stand listening in a statue position. Barely moves at all unless approached.
IV. One Moo =
A roar, similar to that of a Lion's. Two moos in a row =
Deep barking, like a mastiff dog.
V. Front feet are hooves, though most of the time they're obstructed by the clouds.
VI. Socially awkward, never really knows how to respond. He'll probably stare at you, maybe make a few motions. He's not ignoring you, though.
