A little piebald fawn was

A little piebald fawn was munching on a patch of flowers when he heard something to his right. Trotting through the brush, he spotted a rather odd-looking deer. Cian felt a bit frightened when he saw the stag's legs. "Hey, what happened t' yer legs?!"

I... I am? O-Oh. // I like

I... I am? O-Oh.

// I like to assume this is where he can speak, etc lol. So yeah, here he'll always be in character. Unless otherwise stated. And please do! You're welcome to throw anyone at him. :b //

And this startled the stag, causing him to down right leap forward at the question, soon swaying his head around slightly. It wasn't just his legs that seemed to float just under his body, but his neck wasn't connected to his head either. It was well hidden, looking like they were still attached, but if he moved too suddenly, you can slightly see a small sliver of red. Black eyes dark as liquid tar stared at the fawn before him, munching away and staring at his legs. Oh, right, he asked him a question. They got torn off... Although they don't look torn, but cut off instead. You can see me? This was a huge surprise. Someone who could actually see him! He remembered being here in the forest a year or two ago, but he fell asleep. For a very, very long time. Now he was awake again, and didn't remember he was here before. Being here for too long had transformed his human-ghost body into a deer-ghost body. Which was a little hard to control thanks to those legs not being exactly attached to his body.

Cian swallowed the last of

Cian swallowed the last of the petals that he had been chewing on and walked forward to examine the deer. He was quite the fearless child. The boy squinted as he tilted his head to the side, amazed as he looked right through the gap between the creature's body. It was probably the weirdest thing he had ever seen, and that's saying something. "How?" he questioned, tilting his head up to gaze at the stag.

I... I don't remember. The

I... I don't remember. The fawn indeed was fearless, just walking up to him, although he could sense the uneasiness radiating off of him, since being a ghost and all, he was more sensitive to feelings and energies given off of others. He swallowed as the other looked him over, peering through the gaps of where his legs would normally connect. He shifted slightly, his legs taking a little time to shift with him, kind of an odd way to move. He tilted his head, his tuft of black hair sliding off his face slightly to the side, watching him with a ring of red on a black drop of darkness. And w-who are you?

"Cian," the boy muttered,

"Cian," the boy muttered, although most of his attention was still glued to the odd creature's hovering appendages. Cian paused and circles the stag, eyeing the thing that sat atop his head. He had seen many deer that wore things on their heads or in their antlers, but none that looked like this. Cian was completely baffled. "Whas'yer name?"

Silver. he replied simply as

Silver. he replied simply as he studied the other, watching as he seemed intrigued by the 'hat' he was wearing. He noticed not many wore anything but flowers or trinkets, but this was something else entirely. It's a... Uhm, hat. Nice to meet you, I guess? Looking up to the hat on his head as he blinked. He'd take it off, but he didn't have any hands. So he was just going to have to look at it.
Pelicann's picture

Cian took a step back and

Cian took a step back and flopped down on his rump, staring blankly at the stag for a minute. Soon, a wave of questions poured out of him, but the fawn hardly took any breaks for air. "Are you nervous? Or shy? Where did you come from and how did you get here? I've never seen you 'round b'fore."

And his ears swerved

And his ears swerved backwards, eye wide as the other suddenly exploded with questions. That was a lot to answer, but he'd do it in just one breath. Funny, he didn't even breathe anymore. He was a ghost, wasn't he? Yes, I'm nervous. Yes, I think I'm shy? I came from not here, obviously, somewhere out of here. In a tall tower of red. I don't remember much but there were lots of screaming and tombstones. Pausing, he took a short breath before offering the lamest smile he could. Yeah, it was apparent he was very nervous around others, especially since they could actually see him. Hope that answered everything for you. Anything else you'd like to know?

Cian took a moment to process

Cian took a moment to process these answers, but seemed overall satisfied with them. When asked a question by the older male, he immediately grinned And hopped up onto his hooves. "Yeah. Y' like to do fun stuff?"

The ground was stodgy, worn down by hooves and the ground itself. The hybrid, mood heavy like his fur, moved slowly through the shower, drops rolling effortlessly down his bone helm. Eventually he stopped beneath a tree, leaves offering somewhat redundant shelter. Ouija sniffed, nose crinkled as he felt the build up of mud in his paws, he lifted one by one, flexing them to get the worst out. A stranger scent hit his nose sharply and he recoiled, only to slip quietly from beneath the leaves. The stag followed the scent until he saw it, a...male?
At the sight of the other he moved forward recklessly, claws ripping up grass as he moved.
"You shouldn't be out here."

That took a moment for the stag-ghost to blink at and tilted his head, hair moving slightly down his face. I... Sure? I mean... Yes. And without thinking about it, his tail gave a small, little noticeable wag.

The sad thing about this, was that the other didn't feel the rain. Didn't even feel the cold as the droplets just bounced off of his ghostly frame, or even went right through it. He was becoming more ghostly by the hour and couldn't keep a physical form intact. Just the mere sound of another as the voice rang out made the stag leap forward as he was startled, a thin red line appearing and quickly disappearing as he jerked his helm to the other. Oh, well... That was creepy looking. Eying the other, shifting in place as he looked to the ground, attention elsewhere. M'fine out here. He lied, obviously he wasn't. He was just lonely. Very lonely. And lost. Oh so very lost.

The young stag had a way of bringing out the childish wonder in people. It seemed to have an effect on just about everyone. Cian never turned down the chance for an adventure, and this seemed to be a pretty good opportunity. Suddenly, the boy leaned in with an urgent look, as if he were about to share an important secret. "Alright...but we gotta be careful. An' you gotta do whatever I say, ok? I know a lot 'bout this stuff, an' it's really dangerous. Got it?"

What a silly thing to say! He was obviously dead, but maybe the fawn didn't really know that. He did reel back slightly, however, ears swiveling backwards once again as he watched the other. What was so dangerous that he had to be careful? He wasn't careful, that's what got him killed in the first place. But he nodded and swallowed hard. What did this fawn have in mind...?

// Oh, it's a trick I found out about, where you go go into the menu, go to network, uncheck the 'connect automatically' box, exit the game, and re-log in. It should rid the weather effects, so that means no rain, tulips, fog, etc. But you can always fix it by checking the box and then exiting and re-log to get the weather effects. Also you're very welcome! Glad I could help. //

Cian flashed a half-toothless grin (those baby teeth were falling out pretty quickly) and turned to lead Silver through the forest and towards the Playground. As they approached it, he slunk along the ground, turning his head back to make sure the stag was with him. Finally, he froze and turned back to Silver. "Up in this cave lives a huge, ferocious dragon monster. It has a lot of cool treasure, but he's way too selfish to let anyone else have any. One time, a king tried to kill him so people would like him better, but the dragon is really scary, so the king ran away. We're gunna try to kill it, kay?" The boy inched closer and lifted his head off the ground to peer at the large boulders. "It's prob'ly asleep cause it only really gets up at night. So we can sneak in and steal the treasure."

//finally throwing whisper at

//finally throwing whisper at him, oh my gosh the background are unknowns from pokemon, yis./

the small stag's crystal eyes peered curiously through his mask. joyfully bounding forward he scanned the forest briefly, as he thought he caught an unfamilair scent near by. it wasn't any of his usual friends, nor was it his friends friends. it was an odd smell, similar to death but he had a feeling the creature who's scent it was, probably still lived. as he was a scanning, his round eyes, shining with wonder, caught a glimpse of a hat. whisper hadn't seen a hat like this since coming back from the human world. only after a few moments had he realized there was someone under that hat, but it was too late he was already bouncing forward to see that hat. he skidded to a stop in front of the ghastly little deer, raising his head a bit.
"... i ..rather like that hat," he muttered, almost mad at himself for not realizing where there was a hat, there was usually a person, or in this case a deer.

This made Silver follow

This made Silver follow quietly behind, tail tucked between his legs. He wasn't sued to leaving the protection of the ruins. Mostly because it was the only familiar thing that was close to humanity, and walls he could hide inside. Upon hearing the tale of a 'dragon', his ears went back and eyes wide. W-What? O-Oh. OK... How are we going to kill it then? We don't have weapons. He pointed out, sinking down to the ground and skittering along it like the other was. Was there really a dragon?

~~~
// \o_ thank you! //
~~~

And the sudden bounding of a creature that came up to him made his dismembered legs slip out from under him as he fell backwards in surprise before sitting up rather quickly. If he was blushing, he would be, but being dead, there was no blood. He blinked wide eyes at the other. O-Oh. Uhm. Thanks? I uhm, like your mask. He was confused, but then again, he was surprised to hear that someone else know what a hat was! So maybe he wasn't alone here, or maybe he was. Ghosts usually were alone.
