It has many names, given to it in many foreign tongues, but chooses to be called The Watcher. Those who meet it, have said that it smells of brisk, frosty air. None have successfully chosen a sex for The Watcher, leaving it in the category of genderless. It has lived for many centuries, on different planets, and is seemingly untouched by time. Little is known about it, but it is believed to be the last of its kind in a species that has long ago been extinct. The Watcher sees no genders nor appearances and watches any and all, forever gazing. It takes many forms, including smaller animals, however its most favorite form is that of a fawn. When threatened, the form shifts and The Watcher shows its true form. It's voice is effeminate "and soft". No one knows what The Watcher is thinking, but in time, maybe someone will.
appearance
Looks are deceiving. Slender and frail looking legs hold a slightly emaciated body away from the earth. Its colors nothing special, generic branding of a sign of youth, speckled dots in various sizes scatter across a carpet of cream and tawny. Soot colors a tiny nose, fading away as if one tried unsuccessfully to remove its staining. Long and heavy lashes shield the sun from pupil less eyes, eyes that are it's only assets and the only way to tell...it's not from this world. Shades ranging from deep, dark blues and greens to lighter shades of before mentioned colors. Speckled with flecks of lighter colors that seem to shift and move each time you look at them.
