obviously mature, in human years most likely around 25, though this is speculation. he seems, and acts quite wise so others may assume he has many more years than he indeed does. his rugged, and harsh look seem to peg him as older as well. unknown to him, or anyone really. he has no knowledge of his life before the forest, but a few from childhood. he also doesn't know what he is, though he is certain there were more of his kind. calls himself a beast, and seems to never elaborate on that. his orientation is somewhat unknown, though it is assumed he doesn't worry about gender because of his accepting nature. he himself is very much a male, and identifies as so, if questioned on that he will gladly show you why he is considered a male, though it should be obvious. his scent is that of brunt wood, ash, dense forests, and perhaps a musky smell, it's either liked or disliked. it's very strong either, and will probably not be detected unless you're pretty close. he has no specific powers or abilities besides brute force, and strength, and impractical fearlessness. he also has no known weaknesses of the sort, but this could easily change. though it is know that he isn't a fan of ponds, or lakes, or heavy rain fall. |
he uses sheer strength, and brute force in most of his attacks. body slam is a favorite, relentlessly throwing his massive weight on to the other, his spikes and spines doing most of the external damage head butt another favorite, pounding his large head directly into the others, again his sharp spikes, and horns do most of the damage. charging, usually a warning, but can be used for head butting, or body slamming. taunts are warnings, not fight starters, he will never start a fight without a good reason, but he always intends to end them. will only flee if extremely injured or intimidated. |

@Farelia Yes! I remember we
Yes! I remember we met her last night. I'll have him properly meet her someday, last night he was torn between staying with her and comforting the gray mini(his friend). Would you happen to know who the sleeping deer was near Zash?
@Hadou
Farelia must have ninja'd you. She posted a response or starter or whatnot on the bottom of the last page!
Zash surprised himself by chuckling at the other for him holding his head away from his foreleg. "It's okay." he replied, "I've got one eye, three legs and a good ear; I'm a walking accident. It happened to me before I came here..."
@Zash: I am ninjaaaaaa c:<
And I have no idea who that stag was, though I've seen him before. If I see him again, I'll defo investigate.~
Awe man, you ninja, Ill
Ill respond to you both when I get to a computer c:
@Farelia xD She's going
xD
She's going through a tough time right now...but she needs more friends. Maybe Zash could introduce them once they've met properly? I've seen that picto before too, but when I went to find him, his picto was under Zash's...and the map decided to freeze right then and there. :/ That would be awesome. Together I'm sure we'll figure out who that picto belongs to!
@Hadou
Not a problem!
Sorry, I didn't read ALL of

She swung her short tail side to side as they greeting went around. She raised an eyebrow at the new doe and pressed her lips a little, she studied it, wondering and listening to her tone where than Nax's came in and responded. She let out a little cough to clear her throat and proudly introduced herself like the polite lady she would be. She never really acted much like a "gotta polish my nose now" lady. She was more of the "I'll shove it down your throat" lady but she was still a lady and no matter what thing she had for Nax that she couldn't understand why either way, she still forced herself to address her name and slightly bowed to the little doe. Suddenly she felt like wrapping Nax up in vines and leading him away from the group. To have a little time for themselves which was ever so rare. She wanted to get to know this guy and she wanted to know him badly. She got a thing for him yet he's done nothing to make her feel like that so. However she was unpredictable.
@Zash I would be absolutely

Nadezdha's ruby gaze shifted to the other doe, brow raising in the placid yet curious manner it often did. She dipped her elegant little head in a polite greeting, and shifted on the ground, little hooves moving beneath her. Her feathered crown fluffed up a bit, but it was only in the same manner birds did when simply wanting to air out their feathers. She was perfectly lax here, as she was most anywhere, and her face lost its pleasant little greeting smile, adopting its more natural half lidded look of complete emotional absence. The little belle wasn't emotionally absent in actuality, just in her expression, she'd earned a good few hard lessons on why it was better to look like this, than have a horrid poker face. She rolled her wee shoulders a bit, and shook her head to be rid of the flies that buzzed around it, flicking her fluffy fluff tail to do the same for her rumpus. When she spoke again, her voice was calm and welcoming, giving the smile her face was not. "'Tis a pleasure to meet you, Miss."
late --- Edrea casually
---
Edrea casually meandering across the grassy plains of the forest's meadows until, Nax came in sight, with a bunch of females around him, the grey female's positive energy conversed into vicious jealousy, Edrea's white orbs narrowed as she paced toward Nax. She purposely softly brushed against his side, delicately nuzzling the side of his cheek "Hey Nax" she said with a strong sense of flirtation, "How are you? And... who are these... does?" she said snuggling up to the side of the male glancing at the females around him, raising a brow and smirking as her white orbs scanned the area of the environment where the creatures were located.

Holy crap, so many
WANING: Nax again went to glance at the missing leg and eye and for the first time his ear, once he was told about that as well, he told himself to stop staring at it after that, since it was rude. He let out a small snort, "well, was any of it your fault to begin with?" he asked the buck, curious if he was a walking accident or just had terrible luck.
EVERYONE ELSE:
Nax gave a small nod as he bowed again, "Nadezdha, what a unique name, does it have a meaning?" he asked her, before realizing he had forgotten to tell her his name, "You may call me Nax, although my full name is Naxkiin, I find Nax easier to remember". He watched as the dainty doe gently lay herself on the ground, and took the moment to study her more, seeing her feathers, and red eyes. She was a interesting doe. He was about to sit himself down beside her when Savanna, the other doe spoke up and he turned his attention and large head to her, giving her a stare, since she seemed a little bothered by the new doe. He was oblivious to her flirting, and fawning, all he knew was that she was rather cocky and friendly and that made her very interesting. He gave her a nod then and did sit down as the new doe greeted her whole heatedly. He let out a small sigh as he sat his haunches on the cold grown in between the 2 does, one laying the other standing, about to open his mouth to break the moment of silence when yet another doe appeared, this one being Edrea, the doe that he pitied so, and he looked out for, she was one of his objects of sorts. He gave her a a grin as she approached him and the others, at first ignoring their existence. He was surprised when she rubbed against his spined cheek and cuddled up to him like the day near the tree when she was cold, maybe she was cold again. He was getting confused as she gave the other does seemingly nasty stares and asking who they were. He was yet again oblivious to the flirtatious actions of the other doe, though he could feel the rising tension. "I'm well, how are you Edrea? You look much better, almost healed," he said to the doe, a relaxed and happy expression on his face.

The doe fluffed her head
The doe fluffed her head feathers once more, trying to shoo out gnat... somehow... that was tickling the back of her head. When the persistent bug was taken care of, after a few re-shuffles of her plume, she listened casually to the conversing deer before her, remaining silent for now. Her elegant neck twisted around, and her head raised to look at the one called Zash, and she motioned her head to the spot beside her, being politely quiet so as to not interrupt the people currently exchanging words.
When she felt one of the many sets of eyes land on her, and caught the rather odd look from the newest doe, she merely stared back placidly, the pleasant greeting smile still on her long face. She dipped her head in greeting to this one, too. So far, she was a guest in these woods, all other deer were to be treated with respect as this was not her home, yet. The regal little doe shifted slightly, curving her neck into an 's' shape and relaxing her head back into it. One ear flickered back to keep a tab on the ruins, to listen if any were frolicking on her favored pedestal of broken stones.

Nax kept the pleasant look on his face, giving a small head shake, until he heard what the buck said. He was taken aback by what he said, he had died. It took him a moment to remember what Vittani had told him, "Oh, you were killed, so that's how you ended up here," he said to the grey stag calmly, then thinking of how he got here, maybe he had died as well? "That's so strange how you can die in another world and wake up in a different one..." he thought aloud.

nax dropped his head, his gaze now down below him. his jaw hung open loosely before he spoke, "...Well, yes. I feels odd that I have no memories of home, or why I even left, " he responded honestly, his voice a bit hollow as he tried to remember something, anything. He had no luck, just small glimpses of himself as a young stag, but he wasn't able to see the others he was with or hear anything said. just silent blurry images of a young Nax.
It's all good. I might poof
"Huh..." the Gray thought for a few moments, "Well...if you have memories then they just need to be unlocked somehow, some way. If they're there, they'll come back to you. Do you have anything you particularly like? A place you like to be, something you're attached to?"
Sorry I can't code right now.
{Edit}
Would you like to continue this as is or would you like to just start anew? I think my boy's personality has changed a bit since this. And stuff has happened, but that could all just be incorporated smoothly back into this.

Sorry, was busy trying to
The gray stag eyed the low wall of the Ruins, trying to determine the best plan of attack for hopping up onto it. He knew he was going to skin off some fur in the process; it was inevitable. Yet that didn't stop Zash. He was in a good mood and he wouldn't let the little inconvinences get in the way of that. Hopping back half a step to gauge how much room he had to flail around until he found his footing, the three legged gray hopped up onto the stone wall. He stumbled and pitched forward like he expected to, one of his back hooves clipped the edge of the wall and he had to fight to correct himself. Ultimately he managed it, limping along the wall as he found a nice warm spot to settle into.
[ it's all gooood, i'm a
on the very edge of the grave yard a large beast stood, his deep red eyes gazing out among the ruins watching what little life was there. a few birds, perhaps a bunny hopping by, but nothing that sparked his amusement. he let a small sigh through his parted jaw, small serrated white teeth peeking out as he held his jaw open, taking in the scent of the forest. he was about to move on, go to the pond where he knew was more life, when he at first heard and then saw a grey deer. it was struggling to find a place on the warmth of stone wall. he cocked his large head, eyes studying the creature as it made it's way awkwardly up onto the wall to lay. he blinked, finding how hard it tried amusing, after finding that it was missing a leg. he took a step towards him, slowly making his way near the deer, his small ears perked up and curious eyes watching. he stopped a yard or so from where it lay on the wall, standing almost as tall as the stoned barrier itself. what an amusing animal it was, missing a limb and seeming to be used to it. such creatures sparked an interest in nax, he always did like to know why, how, where and what about everything, besides he was overly social to begin with. he didn't want to disturb it, but he inched closer, ending up a few feet before it, his head level with the beings,
"you're an odd thing," the beast spoke, not the kindest of words he'd ever spoken, but they were true.
He had heard someone shuffle
"Yes I am," he replied quietly with a half smile, "but so are you too." He slowly moved himself around to where he could see the other better, tucking his limbs under him in the typical cervine fashion.
his scarlet gaze met the now
"it's true, i suppose, i'm not like most," he said back to the gray, already amused with it. though he would assume it was easily frightened, it seemed to not even notice him, and treated him any other. this was much better than having to explain that he would have no part in hurting it, it already seemed battered enough. he studied it as it moved,
"though i was born odd, and you have become odd, he replied after a moment of thought.
Zash snorted at that. "I'm
naxkiin cocked his head,

"I'm not afraid of you because I figured you would have tried to kill me first thing, not talk to me. I figured you would have taken the moment when you had it in the beginning, when I only knew that someone was approaching, but I didn't know what their intent was. I figured I would have seen something, some sort of hint in your body language, or catch something in your voice that showed your true colors. Unless you're an incredibly good liar and you like to talk your victims to death, you made no move to attack, or sidle around to my bad side. As for what I am...I'm not sure what I am. Technically, I died, but I was reborn here. So I'm very much alive. I can get hurt, I can bleed, I can die. But when I go home...I'm still alive, I'm just considered dead by everyone I knew."
