You enter the night-world, a darkened version of the forest, so black you can hardly see. That is, except a little glowing
pictogram nearby. The name, as you get close enough to read it, spells out as
Unduetu.
As you draw closer, you see the pictogram illuminates a huddled rusty-coated form on the ground. About the size of a
Chevrotain, the form is curled in on itself. Rusty fur covers its body, little nubs for horns are apparent on its head, but don't look harmful in any way. On the other hand, as the little being yawns, a pair of long and sharp canines appear.
You hear a rustling.
Tiny, dainty wings unfurl from the being's back, seemingly straight out of the top of the shoulder blades. They flutter once, then the little claws atop the wing stretch. The small beast uses these to pull herself to her feet. Those feet, supported on spindly legs, seem too tiny to hold up the little form. It reminds you of a bat... a little
Golden-Mantled Flying Fox.
Unduetu glowers at you from a pair of oversized eyes. Her body stiffens, fangs being revealed. She doesn't seem to want to attack, but seems more fearful than anything. After all, you are bigger than her.
...scared. I am here! I am here! Don't step on me!
She squeaks, flapping her small wings vehemently and stomping her tiny forefeet quickly as a warning. It seems as if she doesn't quite realize you see her.
Trrrracking!
Aww thank you!
Mhmm, interesting~ Would love
Would love to meet her!

Bite her? Unduetu shook her small head. Ohnono. Just... most don't note someone so tiny. I tend to get stepped on an awf'l lot wit' everyone bigger 'n me, ya know. She explained, shaking herself to smooth the ruffles in her fur. Ida Rose is a pretty name, ya know. Sounds delicate, like petals. The little bat-doe spoke, peering up at the greater's pictogram. It was as clear as day what it said to her. How she could translate it seemed a little odd, since she was clearly not of the forest. A little smile, as thin as lace, spread over her cheeks.
Ah, I'm glad you like it! 8D
You have officially earned

Ida seemed a little surprised. How did the creature know her name? Shaking her head, she smiled slightly at her. "And what would your name be, little one?" the female asked, head tilting slightly to the side.
Oh! You do not read....

The doe tilted her head, question-like. You can't see? Then I help you get out. Dunno how... just know I know where the exit is. I fell asleep, then I was here. The tiny creature walked toward a shadow darker than the pitch-blackness of the night-place. She then stopped stock-still and turned back to face Ida. But you can't really see? Follow my light? The little being spun back to the place she was headed, hopping so that the little light clearly bounced. She then continued forward. It wasn't that far off.
Ah, okay. Well, she's welcome
Though that may be a little hard to believe. /pokes its teeth--
She shook her head, then smiled. "That's awful kind of ya," she said softly. The doe crouched, keeping her hazel eyes focused intently on the bouncing source of light, chuckling gently as she padded behind the little creature. "You're sure you know how we can get out of here?" The doe was whispering, though there was obviously no need to. "I don't really fancy being stuck in a place where I can't SEE!" She yelped the last word, tumbling into a ditch ungracefully, coughing slightly. Trying to ignore what just happened, the flustered doe scrambled out of the pit, huffing a little in the darkness.
Oh! Careful... ohmy.... it's
Her pictogram lit up a coil of vine on the ground. You get one end, I get the other. I don't think it will be so hard to walk that way. The small beast grabbed the small end of the vine, smiling. She waited until Ida grabbed the other, then began her little bouncing walk again.
The spot grew bigger, and soon they were there. The issue was how to go about getting in to it.
HOLY NOODLES. I completely
If you don't want to continue, I'm totally fine with that~ Sorry for forgetting. /slams face on keyboard
Hehe. I am still debating on
