You might have to restart

You might have to restart your game to see the stars too, I had to.

Also the stars are not everywhere. You can see them near the pond, river, twin gods statues, ruins and playground. Also in the old oak.

When it's raining, the sky

When it's raining, the sky isn't a dull color but you may see shades of blue.
Thank goodness the stars are gone. Although;it reminded me of the one who died so long ago and was remembered nearby the ruins with a hanging star by M&A.
