And I'm afraid Ren's behavior in pestering is rather relentless. As I recall the first time my deer met Ren my deer was with a deer first when Ren came up to them. He kept pestering both of us in a rather odd way to the point I just stood over the deer and ignored Ren for the most part.
You can tell them that if they want my deer to leave them alone then fine. I will avoid them. However, if my deer is with another deer first or if the deer deliberately comes to my deer for protection I will act according to my character’s personality.
You can tell them it is not only Ren that my deer reacts that way towards. It is all just RolePlay. Pretend.

But if Ren is attacking one of the deer my deer has chosen to protect he is going to react. He wont just stand there and watch. When my deer does something it is not because the player is angry. I am simply Role Playing. Acting. His feelings are not my feelings.

3, Oh, clingy is fine. He would probably be fawning over your deer if it was not for the current situation and his claimed minis were not around. If he thinks he can claim someone he will and adores the attention afterwards. Big antlers normally set him off and any stag he thinks may take what is his. Otherwise he will claim a stag if they interest him enough.

Zebbie, Agreed. I think some people just do not have the ability to separate themselves from their characters. Mentally they just can not grasp the concept that although someone plays so and so deer does not mean that deer and their player have the complete same views. I tend to prefer to give my characters a habit or point of view I completely disagree with. For me it gives that character that little extra bit of flavor. You can not like everything about a person. Why like everything about a character you created?
I for one see my characters like children. They are a part of me but they are their own person.
I will be sure to. Jester sounds like a fun fellow. He could easily become one of my deer’s claims or become one of his most disliked. There is one deer he practically does not like because it teases him by messing with deer he claimed and fighting him all the time. Lol

The reason he left this time was because I have this new rule for myself that if a deer air sits my deer and I leave them alone. He is a bit less territorial when at the lake. It is like neutral ground. Though he would still be touchy about anyone getting near a claimed deer.
And the incident when he went after Ephire’ while in his raven form. Yes, he tried to stomp on him. lol He has a dislike for ravens ever since the day a deer he dislikes was a giant raven and shifted back to a deer before his eyes. He would not have known it was Ephire’ and will more likely act toward him in the way he did at the lake while in deer form.
Munkel, Ah. Normally he will go after a deer with antlers his own size if they approach him or just get too near. But since Crybaby is not a fighter or acts aggressive when he approaches your deer on his own they might get along.
