Only taking this down briefly so I can finally boot my ass and finish up the biothatwasmadeagesagoforme. My motivation for Kody is just so bad. Starr y.

"I-I just want this living hell to stop. But I wake up to it...I can't get away. There's no way to escape, there's nothing to fight!" He backed up and slid behind a tree, the front of his body still visible to the doe. "P-Please just...don't use them" She had the knives and chains in his eyes. They would never understand what he could see.
His body soon slumped down by the tree. "This has to stop..." He buried his head into his front legs, hiding his face. "...I don't know what to do anymore."
".. All the scary things you see.. They don't exist." She shook her head. "Maybe I have chaines and knives in your eyes, but I don't seem to s-see them. And why would I hurt one of my best friends? You haven't done anything! It's all something in your imagination." She spoke slowly, trying to keep her voice from shaking. She looked away from the wolf, to not appear threatning. But glanced at him every now and then.
The canine took some deep breaths, trying to calm down. She said they didn't exist, but to him they did. If they could see their greatest fears, they would be like this too. The wolf couldn't act like everything was fine when it wasn't. He closed his eyes and lifted his head up to look at her again. Hoping when he'd open them, everything would be over. Slowly, his eyes opened but it was all still the same. The realization that she was still holding the chains and knife, caused him to get up and jump back. The smell of their blood also remained to haunt his nostrils, it wouldn't go away. "It's there, it's all there. I see it. I smell it. Everyone is after me, there's nothing I can do apart from avoid them all." His voice was still full of fear, there seemed no end to this nightmare.
She sighed shakingly, as she saw that he still saw this, but that he actually tried to see if he could get rid of these things.
She had an idea, but didn't know if it'd work or not. But she had to take the chance, to see if it would help.
She took some steps back, not wanting to scare her friend even more. She then lowered her head and moved her hoof up, and slowly pulled her mask off. Revealing a wolf's face, with cheeks wet because of tears. And eyes with a hint of red caused by this. "If I wanted to hurt you.. Why would I cry..? And if everyone is after you.. Why haven't they hurt you yet?" She spoke slowly. Avoiding eye-contact.
Her words were helping him, he was more sane than before but it wasn't enough to stop it. He was starting to trust that she didn't want to hurt him, but he couldn't be certain. Anything could happen. "I'm sorry but...I can't...I really can't. It's all a nightmare, I just hope what you said...is true." With that, he turned and walked off, getting faster as he got further away. A few words were unconsciously whispered out of his mouth as he left though. "Help me."
"What your friends say, is true, Kody." She stood up and picked up her mask.
As she heard his last words, she nodded and walked away in the opposite direction.
"I heard about you... What the happened to you?" Big white stag walked slowly to Kody. He stopped a piece of him and looked worried gaze. He perceived a bad wound on wolf's neck. "From what is it?" He frowned his brows still being cared. Looked at wolf's eyes, and he noticed fear. It winced him, but he stayed there, in the light of the morning sun.
"You'd never stand by and watch Umay die. Don't you know that? You're brave... you're my brave brother. If Umay has indeed died, that makes you some of the only family I have left. I'll do whatever it takes to protect you." Leviathann slowly lowered her haunches to the ground and rocked back. She knew full and well Umay was alive, but it didn't stop her from going with the flow. Obviously Kody thought she was dead, and he didn't seem to consider her being alive a possibility. The doe let out a slow, shaky sigh. "Please. Let me in... let me help you. Let me share in the guilt. You know I'd do anything for you. I'm not angry, I'm not seeking your blood. I have no chains." She shrugged her shoulders pointedly at this last statement, not fully understanding it but remembering that he'd claimed she had them. If she had chains, she certainly couldn't see them.
Dampir:
The wolf got up and snarled at the white stag being so close. Taking a few steps back, he let out a growl. "Stay away from me."
Selruil: "I saw them though...both Umay and Shineri." His ears lowered as he turned to look at Leviathann directly in the eyes. "I want everything back to normal. I don't want to do this anymore. Everyone hates me." He dropped to the ground and shuffled slightly closer to the doe for comfort, though he still remained quite a distance from her. "I'm so so-sorry. I can't stop this."
"You should know better than anyone that the word 'can't' doesn't exist in my vocabulary. If you want it to stop, want everything to return to normal, you have to fight it. You are not weak, Kody, and you can do this. You have the power to stop whatever needs stopping. And, if you should ever need it, I will lend you my strength. I'll help you, Kody. Always." The serpent shook her head slowly. "No, you are wrong. I do not hate you." She extended her neck towards him, ever so slowly, before resting in on the ground.
He let out a sigh, still not knowing what to do. "Everything is screwed up." The problem for the wolf was that he did not know how to fight this. There was no way to end it. Attacking the ones after him didn't help and it wouldn't stop him from seeing the spirits of his sister and mate. Nor would it make the stench of blood fade away. There was nothing he could do other than endure it; try to see through those that were carrying the weapons. Ignoring it would not work either. It was his nightmare. Only he could see it, but he couldn't banish it. "I don't know why this is happening. No one can understand what I see."
Leviathann looked puzzled for a moment, then she shifted slightly, so that her entire body was now facing towards him. A light-bulb seemed to go off in her head, and she tipped her ears towards her brother. "Kody," A pause. "What do you see?"
Kody wrapped his tail around him for slight comfort and protection. Looking away from her he tried to explain the things he could see. "Everyone...they have knives, they carry shackles and chains. They're after me. They want to make me suffer for letting Umay and Shin die. Their ghosts come over to me...they think I'm a traitor, a failure, a murderer." He buried his head into his front legs, sobbing. "I w-would never let them d-die. I love them, but...no one sees it. You all think they're alive...but, they're n-not"
A snakes tongue can easily spin lies, and as Leviathann listened to Kody, something began to form. It danced around in her mind for some time, before she decided to do the unthinkable; and agree with the wolf. "Kody, I believe you."
She silently prayed that one day she could make up for this. "So, Umay and Shineri are dead, you say? I have no reason to think otherwise. If you say that it is as you say, I will have no doubts. I trust your judgement." Even if she could see Umay just behind her, on sitting on the Red Hill. Even if she knew her sister was very much alive. Leviathann hoped she could pull it off, this plan that she had. A slight frown formed but if faded as quickly as it appeared. "Kody. If I could keep the ghosts, and those who wish to use human utensils to harm you, away, would you tell me more? Would you talk to me?"
His head lifted slightly at her words, shocked to what she said. "Y-You do?"
Slowly, he lifted his head right up, gazing at his sister through blurred vision. "The stench of blood is everywhere. It's all I can smell. It won't go away..." He shook his head before continuing. "I'm really sorry...but you still have the chains but...I...I trust you."
I hope you guys didn't mind Zach intervening with the scuffle just now?
He couldn't just stand by when his friend was being attacked.

The wounded demon remains seated; quietly nestled against her brother's side. Reassurance fills her, and she feels comforted with thoughts of relief running through her mind consisting of how Kody, or so it seemed, was safe now. The wolf she knew had returned, and he was okay.
She speaks, hesitation clear in her words, "Kody, are you.. are you okay?" Her eyes show concern, though any other emotion was hidden by her expressionless mask.

The past day had proven to be tough for not only Kody, but also his family and friends. His fear had shadowed what was really going on, causing him to flee from anyone that came near. Even his sister. To have her back, along with his mate, was enough to make him feel joyed again. Of course, he was glad everyone else was okay, but he thought he had lost the two of them for good.
His ears lifted slightly as she spoke, listening to her. Gently he nuzzled his head into her neck. "I'm fine, thank you, Umay." A smile appeared on his face, but soon faded when he saw the wounds his sister had received from protecting him. "I'm so sorry, I didn't mean for this to happen..." He moved his head from her neck and leaned over to one of her wounds. With great care, he started to clean it, it was the only thing he could do to say thank you.
Don't worry about it. :'3 Kody's dilemma has come to an end and it would seem a little strange roleplaying the past. I'm sure the two will interact more in future, though. Esll's quite concerned for his well-being. ♥

Yeah same, those fights annoy me ;; Kody doesn't exactly like fighting, it's rare that he starts one. Plus he's injured so...it was a bit stupid of him LOL. I'm so glad it didn't annoy you though, since I feel a bit uneasy if I don't know who it is in case they don't like violence 8'D
