➤ still sure he's lucid dreaming since he's in total control
➤ looking for bodies to sit next to so he doesn't have a usual panic, but he's also pretty sure he's invisible too
➤ watching longingly and with flares of anxiety making him sick to his stomach, but if you're dreaming, how do you get sick? leaving himself with more questions than answers
➤ met some others, the idea of them being possibly dangerous flying completely over his head as he was given flowers for his hair and his eyes just shone with bewilderment
➤ seemed to forget his predicament as he gracefully stumbled around after them and learning how to use his legs
➤ out of breath easily, today was okay

history , ,
➤ father and mother were killed in a crossfire between police and a small gang over a drug dispute. was two years old in the backseat of the vehicle that got caught, unfortunate to have survived.
➤ moved to a foster home with who people assumed were a nice and loving couple. earned his first trauma from being dropped on 'accident', labeled as a fall from the couch to the floor. wasn't the first time he was abused as a toddler.
➤ if he dared to cry, he was made to stand in a small closet in the basement until he 'learned his lesson', which would result in him staying there for a couple of hours and was not allowed to sit down. if he did, he was beaten with a belt.
➤ starved days on end without the promise of food for at least two days, often lethargic and unresponsive. lots of external wounds (cuts, scrapes) from confinement.
➤ made to eat his own feces and vomit if he got sick. often slept in said feces and vomit in the basement if he was 'misbehaving'. survived on what he could find in the basement (including paper, dryer sheets, etc).
➤ basically 'lived' in the basement, out of sight and earshot. basically didn't 'exist' to the foster parents and was referred to as 'that one' or 'bad boy' when questioned by other foster children. still does not understand why he was singled out amongst the others.
➤ believed he was a 'bad child' by the abuse and treatment he got. tried suicide at eleven by hanging, was found out and was beaten severely. left to 'recover' alone in the basement and left with his thoughts, hasn't tried it since.
➤ does self-harm to hide the bruises and cuts he got from his beatings, a way to remind himself of the denial of escape and that he would know nothing but pain.
➤ eventually rescued by police when they were informed by a concerned neighbor who hardly saw him and when they did, he was far worse than the last time they saw him.
➤ was treated for severe malnutrition, bruising, lacerations, broken bones and partial blindness due to the abuse he had gone through. hospitalized for nearly three months to help him recover.
➤ put through therapy and transferred to a new foster home, labeled as 'fragile' and diagnosed with PTSD, anxiety disorder and pistanthrophobic (fear of trusting others due to negative experiences).
➤ was taught properly how to read and write, although, at his adult age, it is still janky and weak.

➤ now a fully grown adult, but still with the mindset of a scared and traumatized child.
➤ helps out at the local post office, just sorting mail and keeping out of everyone else's way. doesn't get paid and usually just volunteers since he can't keep a straight schedule.
➤ dislikes anything to do with technology, technophobe in a way (limited only to cellular devices, televisions, computers) but is working on accepting the help of a cellular phone, but often leaves it behind out of the habit of not being used to having one.

➤ avoidant, will not look people in the eye and usually is looking at his fingers and picking at his nails or callous.
➤ timid and usually folds into himself and makes himself as small as he can, 'turtles'.
➤ distrusting, yet clingy. if he comes to find someone he likes, won't let them go until they physically force him to.
➤ easy to brainwash and manipulate. any kindness is like a gift from god.
➤ always jittery, fidgeting with something to keep himself centered. has fits of hysteria and panic when driven to a corner or in an uncomfortable situation.
➤ poor socialization skills and mumbles a lot and doesn't know how to answer questions or hold a decent conversation.

habits, ,
➤ cannot handle being alone for even five minutes, goes into fits of hysteria and nervous breakdowns, lots of crying and whining. considered an attention whore due to trauma during childhood years.
➤ starved during childhood years, unable to maintain body weight and often stays at around 100-110 lbs / 45-49 kg. picky about what to eat and doesn't like to cook, prefers to be cooked for. often skips meals, either on purpose or accident.
➤ is afraid to ask for food to eat due to his abusive foster parents. only eats when offered food and tends to shy away from foods left out in the open, even if told they're his to eat.
➤ chews his lips to the point they bleed, anxious 24/7, picks at scabs and often eats them if he's hungry enough.
➤ sleeps like a cat, curled up into a ball and with at least three blankets (fleece or comforters, anything soft and gentle) wrapped around him to mimic someone holding him in protective arms.
➤ self-harms, marks mostly on his inner thighs and stomach, out of sight and out of questioning eyes.
➤ squints a lot due to partial blindness. cannot distinguish colors, colorblind.

➤ favorite color are shades of pink, yellow, purple, and blue. the softer, the better. no longer applicable since he is now colorblind.
➤ favorite food has to be kettle roasted sunflower seeds, they taste sweet and are less salty!
➤ being swaddled is an easy way to comfort him when he is distressed.
➤ hair is short, almost a pixie-like cut.
➤ frame is thin and rectangular, shoulders and hips align.
➤ frail, thin, and delicate fingers.
