Had fun in the rut, but in general tried to rein things in. Met some new faces, lost his head a few times, one of which it was stuck out of reach... Normal Noah things. Went to bars with a forest friend who ended up puking on him while trying to keep up with Noah's drinking. Had something very "interesting" come across his desk at work.

Was having a relaxing day in the forest despite things going on outside of it, occasionally spending time with Sari but also a bit of alone time, seeing faces he hadn't in a while. Though, yesterday, after all the Carnage throughout the day, took notice to a birth and a deposit of still horns by the ruins. Checked it out and was in the process of investigating one and arguing with the "voice in his head," read demon, when someone came by. Had been about to eat it for no reason other than he could not come up with a compelling argument to not eat it. However, with someone else but, freaked out and snatched one of the baby corpses up and ran off. Ran about like he was being chased for dinner reason but eventually laid down in the Birch to state at the dead thing and contemplate his life choices. Another argument followed where he eventually did just eat the thing to conceal the ¿Evidence??? Paranoid people were watching him and judging him but in the end just left feeling a little gross while the other half was satisfied. In no way needed to eat it, though, as his forest form doesn't need fed... Confused and stressed in some ways, slightly regretful. Went home to cope in the best way he knows how, with his good buddy Jim Beam.

Doing decently. Still drinks too much, still only talks to his cat and the demon in his head about his problems. Skull looks a little weird as a result of a broken nose that happened during an arrest. PLEASE hit me up if you wanna rp with him or something.

Spent time with a hungover Kesari, had real talk with a cold Lalitha, and some quiet time with sweet Alison. Spent a night drunk with Lalitha and Thanksgiving at the station with Lalitha and Kesari where shenanigans ensued. Prepped today for his time away from home. Has given Alison the responsibility of watching his dearest kitty while he's away. Grateful to her.

Trying with some degree of difficulty to socialize more in the forest. Working hard outside. Still put on edge by the appearances and sizes of a number of residents. Easily spooked to some degree despite awareness that what happens to him here only truly affects him here. Met Adraste after sitting beside her and spoke with her at length. Enjoyed her company but eventually grew restless and spotted Lalitha. Devised a plan but found her company a bit daunting to prank her so instead spoke to Ingólfr who agreed to toss her into the stream for a small sum. Enjoyed him and darted away once Lalitha discerned he was the cause. Ran across the forest and eventually sought shelter in the pond where he let himself sink.eventually, removed his head and floated it to her after bit of banter. Struggled to reattach it but came to sit with her after he was silently forgiven. Noticed they'd drawn a small crowd but was unperturbed by this.

First impressions with Noah are usually pretty spot on. Unless he's in a foul mood or putting on a show of some sort, Noah is a friendly, warmhearted individual who is genuinely interested in the well-being of others. He's willing to stick his neck out for strangers and look out for any who need it. He tends to give others the benefit of the doubt and everyone a chance to make their case or prove themselves. While seeming like a push over, there is still only so much he will tolerate and he will not allow himself to be taken advantage of by strangers.

He is not particularly trusting, but he can form pleasant relationships regardless. While he always does his best to do the right thing, regardless of how difficult it is, he does make mistakes. If pointed out to him, he will do his best to remedy his mistake. Noah almost never lets his pride or emotions get in the way of his morals. There are occasions, but it is often in regards to turning a blind eye to the actions of loved ones.

As friendly as he is, he puts subtle effort into keeping everyone from getting too close. He guards a few secrets very carefully. Occasionally, he seems to have a different personality. Noah is not alone in his body. He very well masks that he has someone else in his head, though there are times when he seems to have a mean streak or times he seems just a bit off.

☩ Occasionally slurs his words as a result of head trauma.

☩ While having his own demonic presence, gets uncomfortable around those of a similar aura.

☩ Disagrees with the sort of "vigilante justice" he sees in the forest. While not held to laws in the forest, sticks to them as best he can, given his profession, though doesn't try to get any others to conform.

☩ Incredibly strong Catholic beliefs.

☩ Possessed by a demon known as Azag. Very private about this, despite how this has affected his life and how attached he now is to Azag. Azag is difficult to detect separately from Noah, as he stays within him most of the time.

☩ Vulnerable to light magic or holy magic. While okay in the ruins, tends not to touch anything with holy symbolism and steers clear of those casting the devout pelt. Effects vary from day to day. No resistances to other sorts of magic. A little weaker to illusions and mental enchantments as a result of the state of his mind.

While not entirely a standout in this forest of oddities, Noah has a unique form. Noah has the fur of a German Shepherd, both in pattern and coat texture. The length follows what is typical for the breed. His build is that of a white tailed buck, though he is leaner than a typical buck, his weight remaining steady, due to lack of hormonal shifts. He has a six point rack and the tail of a German Shepherd as well. What is most striking, however, is his face. His face is a canine skull with a black scentless, smoking substance that constantly rises from the eye sockets.

☩ Form is an extension of his real body, lacks anything more than muscle, skin, fur, and bone, with just a bit of blood.

☩ Areas where organs belong are filled with the same substance that seems to constantly leak from his eyes. Lacks reproductive organs with this body as well.

☩ Able to be destroyed and dismembered with little consequence to his human form, though not easily regenerated. Will suffered light to severe bruising where wounds might occur. Regeneration is easiest if his head remains intact. Can remove his entire skull without any pain and still control the rest of his body.

☩ Nerves are dulled in this form and lacks most normal bodily functions, no need to breathe, eat, etc. Could be reduced to just a head and still continue talking.

☩ Doesn't tire very easily, quick and agile, but a distance runner. Able to withstand powerful blows, bones are reinforced with naturally occurring carbon fiber. While not a powerhouse, difficult to incapacitate for his size.

☩ Smoke coming from his eyes is scentless and seems infused with dark magic. Occasionally smokes more or less from his eyes. Pauses in the smoke indicate blinking or closed eyes. Smoke can come from every orifice in his skull at times, followed with a voice shift, generally.

☩ Skull can be destroyed without killing Noah but will generally have dire consequences for the one who happens to do so. (Contact me if interested in bad times).
