Wandered to the forest today for his usual rounds and went to see his BFF. Found the stag in a right state and patiently waited nearby, before moving to sit with him. Kept an eye on his antics and when Arct said something about going to the human world, jumped at the chance to accompany him though he didn't particularly enjoy a human form, wanted to keep an eye on his bestie.
Which turned into a drunken session of Gambit telling him HIS WOES and hearing SOME WOES and then they drunken kissed .C
and then drunken slept together .CCC
And Gambit bailed because haha feelings? weir.d. None of those please. Thought it'd be best if he waited until Arc contacted him rather than be there in the morning after.

Snorfed out the Llyr and shit son shes dead jim.

Very confused, angry and obviously upset by the situation. Spent a long time orbiting the area, huffing and slamming his legs around unwilling to approach the corpse. When he did, tried his best to rouse her though he knew she was gone. Sniffed her all over, then legged her to try and roll her to stand up, even pulling on her ear to lift her head.

Dramatically dropped himself down in front of her and repeatedly rested his head on her for about 15 minutes, then would lift his head and grunt/huff and stare around. Took note of the many roses which he then threw aside in anger.

Would have stayed there, guarding her until his instincts eventually drove him away from her rotting self, but Arcturus came and observed in silence, away from the body. Eventually moved close enough to nose at Gambit and speak words he needed to hear, how Llyr wasn't there anymore, she'd moved on.

Despondently got up and stared down at his fallen companion, not noticing a watching Maggot, feeling very guilty like he should have done something. Didn't necessarily suspect foul play, her bite was pretty obvious but he was used to predators eating their prey physically. Made a note to look for what had happened to her accessories and things, unlike her to be without them and god help anyone he saw wearing them.

Left with Arc to mourn in the embrace of his bff.

Was in a mood earlier about Llyr's absence, but its mostly his fault cause if you don't tell someone you enjoy their company and get sad when they're gone how will they know you big fruitloop. Anyway parked up near Lavinias den and then DELIGHTED BECAUSE LLYR RETURN and he eat a flower off her headdress.

Watched Arc canoodle with two other does near the den (Sophie and Anja) with a sort of bitter jealous feeling but mostly indifference, his bro did as he pleased and he was just jealous he didn't get any canoodles from anyone cries 1 eye out.

ANYWAY then Lav came back after going a place and nipped at him angrily, sending Llyr scattering and Gambit lumbering off to a few trees away to watch what actually turned out to be the birth of what he presumed was one of Arc's fawns. Stared for a while reassuring himself he wasn't intruding he was just guarding the area and the new parents, though did get squinty when they both wandered off together and left the fawn(s because suddenly moar) but that what deer do I guess.

Eventually in the morning lumbered off to try and find a U DID IT gift for mother and child since Arc cared about this family even if Gambit wasn't keen on his woman at all.

Met up with Arc after a long period of only orbiting him from a distance. Quickly jumped into their usual antics of sneezing in each others faces and MUUUHH and playful insults. Noted the little fawn in the other stags care and eyezoomed its weird face but w/e Arc u have a weird face too lmao burn. And a sleeping Dorian. Chilled with them.

Then watched Lavinia and Arc wander off together. Gave them an hour or so and went to find them but noted the great deal of booboos his bff had picked up (from her, not that Gambit knew that) and so got all suspicious and huffy that either she did it or she knew who did. Distracted from this at the sound of delicate little Llyr nearby but watched her coldly disregard him and involve herself with Maggot.

That made him ANGERY as he did not like Maggot at all. Arcturus picked up on this and the pair goaded each other into a confrontation with Maggot and Brent. Gambit held back a lot more not wishing to upset the onlooking Llyr as Lav got involved too and ended up being the one trying to fight the most.

After that whole palava had a nice sit down just the four of them.

yfw you barge into a group for yo gurl and stink eye everyone until she comes over and then u stink eye some more until Sage got the hint and went away (YAAS get rekt) and then he just stared at Czar trying to gauge if he cared BUT HE DIDN so it was chill. Also Dorian and Rhiannon was there but she followed Sage (WHEN SO MANY CUTE BOYS HERE?? crazy) but kind of put two and two together and kinda pleased cause then he could be a disgusting hetero stag-boi n hoard Llyrs snuggles.

Trying to take care of Llyr when you know, your player is only active 4 days a month. Doesn't really know how to help than to smother-sit on her so she can enjoy his warmth and try and keep the fluctuating weather effects off her.

Internally rather preturbed by the presence of the gods in the world, especially as velocity makes him wanna FIGHT THAT GUY FIGHT ME RUUUUUUUU.

Accidentally walked right into Thais' den like HEY GUYS U SEEN LLYR, greeted Thais, Draven and Sabel politely when he realized he'd dun a goof walking into other peoples houses like this. Greeted the smoll doe and had to hold back his stare of disaprov at her company but Gambit its not rut yet you can't give every man the stink eye for being near the girl you like.

Settled down and IDK PASSED OUT? GOT UP AND WALKED AWAY? IDK MAN i crashed but I was also... playing wow...

BUT THEN HE CAME BACK and greeted Sabel again and flopped semi possessively beside the crimson doe letting his head flop on the ground like a sack of oats, even as he eyeballed the children of the happy couple with his one eye.

LAZY UPDATES GOGOGOGOGO

Wandered back to forest after spending about a week not... in forest... just elsewhere putting on more weight and muscles and raking his antlers on stuff cause he hasn't got a sparring partner and he's in a MOOD ABOUT IT.

Came back and LICKED BRILLE MM TASTY DOGGO just washed her head and gave her a beautiful doggy cow-lick from his many slurp slurps, admired his handiwork then buggered off to the pond. Then wandered back in the opposite direction but went to stare at Llyr, though she seemed involved with an owl stag at the time

and its like...

Hard to describe but Gambit knew of this area being the den of the tigers and smelt strongly of the cat creatures. So he was nervous. But Llyr was here so that's ok shes chill and maybe need his help? But then Comen seems to take issue to Gambit being around? and they both have a couple of bumps and scrapes so Gambit takes internal issue to him taking issue. And just wants to be like 'C'MON BABE LETS BLOW THIS POPSICKLE STAND' but hes not shallow but he is.

Pleased when the (NOT BRONZE red now) doe lead him away anyway. Less pleased when the owl stag showed up. Semi pleased when Brille then also showed up. Picked his own nose with his tongue and side eyed everyone like a perturbed bird because only the 1 eye.

Continued his weird 'ME INVOLVED!' thing with Brille and Draugur even when Halla and Quay were present (tho admittedly at a more obvious distance) for the past few days. Today behind one of those days, had gone to collect Hlif and bring her back to sit when Elliot appeared. Hadn't noticed the small cub Cillian move behind him to sit with Draugur and so got up merely to size up Elliot passively, comparing their antlers and rubbing his on the other stag.

When turning to sit noticed the cub and got all >,C about it, sort of air-mimed standing on him since he couldnt bring himself to actually hurt a child and also he was 99% certain everyone would not approve of it but all cats are the devil ok.

Managed to push the child back without actually making it TOOOO obvious, when Hlif intervened and asked what he was doing and why. He just snapped that he didn't hurt it, and sat down at a better angle to PROTECT TINY SMOLL PRECIOUS from DANGER CAT BEAST!1!!! and lick Draugurs face all grumpily.

Didn't care when Elliot sort of got in his face about it protecting Cillian by standing over him, the cat was at a good enough distance considering its size he only really considered it a threat to Drau.

Someone please talk to him about his external racism issues.

Went and chilled on a hill with some feral does to unwind and it was nice when they fell asleep cause he felt trusted tho it was probably the players AFK lmao.

Sat in a sunspot and was joined by the feathery doe he never actually learnt the name of (he doesn't know anyones name but Sethunyas) but was still YAAAS FRIENDS. Then ditched her for a few to stare at a lil sugar skull fawn. THEN CAME BACK. Then saw the fawn move so launched over and brought it back to the sunspot.

Eventually also found by Draugur and was like .D even if Brille came too but whatever he was trying to be /cool/ with her so she'd be cool with him. Sort of got squinty when another dog... thing... Jacinth came and joined them.

Wary when the two females conversed and got even squintier when Jacinth took issue to him and started sneering and laughing at him, to which he sort of looked at Brille like >.C I THOUGHT WE WERE COOL CONTROL UR FRIEND YO.

Only added to the reinforcement that the dogs were planning to kill and eat him probably .l

Ended up speaking to Brille when she spoke to him, asked why he didn't like dogs so he told her why, ended up sort of apologizing for his instinctual fear of her even though was pretty sure she didn't see it the same way, felt better. Probably should ask her name but he not he just nod at. Words for chumps.

Roamed around the forest a little ACCIDENTALLY WAS RUNNING AROUND WHILE TABBED OUT SORRY ANYONE I TRAMPLED. Before being found by Sethunya whom he greeted before taking her to meet the stag from the night before Thorir. Found him staring at a ... thing. That was dead. Dead... turd looking thing... Jk no it a cocoon.

Whatever or whoever it was was making Thorir unsettled, and Seth even more so. Let her hang back as he literally pushed the larger stag away and coaxed him to a distance for the two to meet despite the does nerves, and nodded acceptingly when the large male moved off to the pond.

Half followed half was looking for a place to sit when spotted!! fawn!! WITH DOGGO!! NooooOOOO!!! Moved over and sort of pushed the canine off and away with his body, tried to make it clear it was his when the canid spoke to him and tried to start a fight to which he refused. Sort of saw her off without moving and internally VERY PLEASED.

Brought the scardey Sethunya to meet the fawn and encouraged Thorir over too, aware of Rose's presence but had no idea why the pinky scuttled from him (u aint a doggo or a cat u ok bro) but didn't take it to heart. Spoke to Thorir and Sethunya as he suggested that the doe try to nurse the fawn and very proud of his assignment.

All went to pot when babbin started creeping off back to the awaiting dog, only to be stopped again when Gambit went over and put himself between them (and Rose trying to take the punishment from Draugr but there was none because Gambit was just like ??? whoa watch out). Watched the black stag go over and talk to the dog female and got all !!! NO when Kitty Halla appeared because cats are the DEVIL.

Had a little spat with her cause she tried to put herself over Draugur and Gambit was just like ew ew ew HEADBUTTS? but luckily didn't turn into a proper spat even if he did almost launch the fawn across the forest in his attempt to get him out of danger and back to Sethunya.

Thorir came back and spoke to him, the two stags basically argued about who should be the one to nurse the fawn because Thorir didn't want him to die and Gambit didn't want him to get eaten. Eventually, didn't want to be the villain keeping the fawn with him when it wanted to go back to the dog anyway and gave a little nudge of encouragement.

Watched with a somewhat sinking heart as the two reunited and moved off together without even a glance back at him. Couldn't say he felt used, but felt sad that he would never get to see the fawn again when he was actually becoming sort of fond of the idea of having a charge. Promptly everyone left aside from Sethunya, and so moved off to a sunspot to turn into a log and mope about it.

Apologized to Sethunya for making her try to do something she might not have been comfortable with, and did note Thorir coming back to join them but only stared out of his one eye (BECAUSE WE'RE ACCIDENTALLY ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COCOON GDI) but grumpily, deciding the other male never wanted to be friends in the first place but couldn't bring any other emotion to place him under either.
