I Did It All

Introduction

I wrote this like maybe 2 years ago and never got to it so there is probably going to be some mistakes and more "younger" speech of myself but I mean I wrote it all out with my heart so I think its time its finally done! Im tired of doing so much coding and typing and keeping it around so its time to get it out. Theres a lot here but take the time you need to read, but its probably very cringy. This is my big thank you for the community and all the guys even though I haven't been constantly around the whole time, ive known this place for about 9 years.

Seems like time is beginning to fly like never before now, and I don't really like it going really fast... SO back in the day I think it was 2009. My sister goes on this online website game thing called Subeta and she saw one person on the site have a picture of something with a human faced deer and I guess she went to go investigate it further. At this time she had a laptop which is now my laptop, it is very old now lol. She then saw the game and thought it was pretty interesting to try. She downloaded it onto the laptop and then began to play it. I walked in one day seeing her play this game and I was like "Wat is that, are those faces on the deer?" Then she explained to me why they had human faces on them and what the place was called which mostly just is the "forest". After being very curious about it she let me use her laptop and play the game for a bit and it was really fun and cool to me. Some time passed and then she eventually let me create my own account for the game since we saw everyone else have one. BUT she would be the one to name the account and the deer and that came out to be Deja and the deer name would be Nienna from a character from one of her favorite book and movies, Lord of the Rings. I had no clue about the meaning of the name until years later, and Deja is now her default username for games and websites. On the first day that I registered it was raining, which I also thought was really cool because then I knew that the weather could change. Thinking with my little 9 year old brain I thought I was able to change the weather by in the game or other ways but no it was impossible and still is today haha. I would love to be able to use those developer tools someday...

I was disappointed when the rain was gone a few days later but hey aren't we all sad when it goes back to normal? xD Not many years went by and then she no longer had the game on her laptop which means little Stephen no play either! And I begged her to add it back but she would not. But then a butt load of years went by and she retired the laptop for the time being and got her very own Mac, WHICH TEF isn't for. xD But on my birthday of 2009 I got my 2nd computer ever, which was a Windows Vista and very low specs in the hardware. I thought about so many posibilities of what I could do on it and I thought about TEF! But when I first got the computer there was no way to have internet because I did not have that uber long cable that runs under my entire house like I do today, because hey I love speed.

Well I mentioned it to my sister and she downloaded the game onto her Mac and then placed the installer onto a USB and then I installed the game onto my computer. I was happy to be able to play it again even though I wasn't able to have multiplayer. She was amazed to see how smooth the game was, since the laptop is still old af and my computer back then was pretty decent for those kind of games. Then everything changed when the fire nation attacked my family got me a wireless USB to be able to connect to the internet. I was able to finally play multiplayer but back then I did not remeber what the password was to my first account. I took a break from the game for some time until I created my second account Sny203. Blah blah more shiz through time. I took MANY long breaks from the game, I don't know how many times I reinstalled it because of that, also because TEF would not work very well with Windows Vista. I remembered that I played a lot of games in between that time frame, like Free Realms, Minecraft, Wurm, and GTA SA. I loved Free Realms a lot, and over time I did leave because I really got into GTA after I joined my old community.Sadly Free Realms closed and was gone in March of 2014 and when I found out I was greatly disappointed. I still have a poster from the Free Realms staff members that they gave to me when I wrote them a letter saying how much I loved the game. Not sure what to do with the poster now, for now it is just sitting in storage... :/

GTA SA was probably the longest I have ever played a game, from 2011 to 2015, about 5 years! Boy was it fun, I had a lot of great memories made there and I made a lot of friends. Sadly last year around Janurary 2015, things began to take a turn after all that time, the community was slowly crumbling and people were disappearing. I acted like a child one time with a few people and then almost all of them made me fun for what I did and actually were going against me. I don't know why but they did, and it really hurt me. Thankfully I have fixed a few bonds with people from that old community, which most of them left the community anyways and now are doing other things. Especially after that episode happened, I am glad I left that community and now I no longer play GTA SA/SAMP anymore. For almost the whole year my computer sat pretty empty, I did not really play any other games. One of my good friends Rory Watt, was nice enough to actually give me his unused Minecraft account! I was so excited to have my own account finally because I never had my own before, he asked for what username to change it to and I thought very hard.

I did not want to use Mozilla11dog again, it was pretty over used on many websites and its kinda long? I still wanted to use the same name somewhat, so I thought changing it to something different, what came in my mind was Mozdog. He changed it to that and I played MC for a hell of a long time, even opening a private server for me and him to play on together. That lasted most of the year until July 2015 where he stopped played and I began to get bored with it. After that I did nothing again except browse the internet and watch Markiplier videos. I thought that I HAVE TO do something eventually on my free time... And when I met up with Watt again he told me that I should be in a new community. What community could I be part of where I know I will fit in and the people are amazing? TEF was my very first thought because I remember seeing how the community was back then and when I looked around I saw all of these character pages, and I thought, maybe I could make my very own character too! In late July I decided to return to TEF, but this time be part of the community completely which means using the community site, posting stuff, and going on often.

Around this time is when I was waiting for my new gaming computer to come in, and I direly hoped that the game would work with it and not lag at all. So while my new computer was on its way, using my old computer for the last few days, I went back onto the community site and posted a blog that I would be coming back and I remember the name of it was "Might Be Coming Back!" Back then that was when my account used to have the name Sny203. The very first person that replied to the blog was Flyleaf, and then a few others after that were mostly active around that time. I began to talk with Fly more often, and he became like my first friend ever on TEF. :3 When I got my new computer of course I was excited af to use it, and I did install TEF onto it eventually after doing a lot of experimenting. I loved the performance it put out. I got back into playing the game after that, with the picto you see now. I hung out with Fly and a few others often. One day I had an idea to change my username and I learned I had to email the owners to do so.

I tried to think of a better name I could change it into and that name came up again, Mozdog. So I requested that along with the name Link. The owners chose Mozdog, and of course my profile info was reset but I kept my picto. With my new name I explored the community some more and fell upon the TEF Chatroom that Goddas made. One day while my mother is out and I am home alone I go onto the computer to check the community site and I see the chatroom blog bumped so I went onto it to see what it was. There were two people on there at the time, Kamaya and AceAshling. I had no clue who these people were at the very beginning but I introduced myself to them. Noticed that Ace likes Pokemon when I looked at her profile and asked about it, then telling her and Anais that (at that time) I got Soul Silver and then Anais telling me she has Heart Gold and then I began fangirling. xD I barely used Skype at that time too, I only had a few contacts from my old community and one IRL friend.

I then asked them if they had Skype, not Anais though because I think she left before I asked. Ace gave me her Skype and then I added her a few days later. We talked about stuff which I forgot because it has been so long since then, but I remember I asked if she had Anais' Skype and she gave it to me. I don't remember too well what I talked about with Anais at the beginnning... I remember I made a group chat on Skype, and it was to help me out going through the Pokemon game. xD I don't know why I made that group but I thought it would of been fun, and at first I was a little scared introducing my old community friends to these two. There were only 4 people in the group. I commented to Anais on the epic profile picture she had of her character Kamaya. When I looked through her bio I was amazed of all of the art and work that was put into it.

I asked who did the art, I forgot the name now but I was also unable to find them at the time. Ace told me that she does art, and boy I loved it when I saw those headshot examples! Then I asked her if she would like to help me design my own character from scratch, I was very happy when she said yes! I then also needed to start making a biography, and I did not know what to do. xD Anais had a free to use base which she gave to me, edited into a red color. I had some experiece with coding so it wasn't too hard to do at first. Listening to Cool for the Summer and Bad Blood constantly while I worked on the bio each day. It first was called Character XXX I think because I had no clue what to name this character, I had no clue what it would be. One night I talked with Ace some more and we began to plan things out for the character.

She asked what would I like the character to be? It could be anything you want, any animal. Ill say it here right now that developing a character can take a lot of work and can be stressful! xD It was SO HARD for me to figure out what animal it could be, at first I was thinking about a dog, a bird, then a Pokemon species. Then she said that it doesn't have to exist in real life! WHAT COULD I CHOOSE!? Griffan? Phenoix? Dragon? Yaaaaas dragon it was! Since I felt it was something different in the TEF community and was something different in general, I was not really fangirling at dragons at the time they weren't my interest, but now they are lol. I told Ace I wanted it to be a dragon, and colors were hard to choose too. My favorite color is red so I picked that, red as main color, darker red on the scales, and a light red for the eye so there is some different with the colors and so they do not blend in.

Ace went to work right away on it and she said it could take a week or so, so I patiently waited, I serisouly did since I did not have much to do and I did not play TEF every day I also had Minecraft I was having a blast on, enjoying it with no lag, and watching lots of Markimoo, again. xD I worked on the bio in between. One night I was trying to finally figure out a name for this dragon. Looking EVERYWHERE and thinking of all of the names that came to my head I could not think of one that could be fit for a dragon. I went on this website that had this random dragon name generator. Many clicks later I saw the name Dazenth. I then did some research on Google to see if anything else had that name, it was on deviantart (which I never used and only registered until Janurary 2015) and the artist Igorbird used it like, once? And just a few random sites that were old and not many images came up, so I decided that it was a good dragon name and it was not used around the web much. Ace shot an email at me on Google and it was the finished picture! I was freaking out and when I opened it I fangirled. Showed it to Anais and she fangirled.

I loved it with all my heart and soul, now my goal was to finish up this bio. I was beginning to get fet up with the way it was looking, I could not handle it. Someone (I forgot who) suggested I contact Sylva, she was known to be a good CSS coder. So after a quick manhunt I found their Skype and added them, asked them about a bio, and they ended up giving me one of their unused bio bases! With a little bit of editing from them for help, they got the first image onto it and made it fit properly. Then I did the rest on filling out all of the information and changing up the backgrounds and colors. I was exhausted from looking at the dam thing but when it was finished I was relieved and I finally opened it to the community. I had a few people help me out during this entire process, and a few also helped me with their input to make it even better. Now the first bio CSS looked really good, though I ended up putting the updates in the wrong box and I didn't know until I began looking at everyone else's bios after I finished everything so it was kind of late, one time I even tried to but the basics info in the small boxes but it did not look good at all...

So for now lets move away from that and ill quickly explain from what happen since day one to the present. After dealing with a little event near the beginning I began to reach out to a lot of the TEF players that I met in-game, especially if that had Skype. My contacts list went from like 10 to 50 in a very short amount of time. I met people in the game that I did not know I was ever going to meet, and now a lot of them are my close friends! For some strange reason I began to listen to the radio more in the car while I was riding, and eventually I was beginning to listen to music often on my computer. Over time I guess I just fell in love with music in general and a lot of my favorite songs inspired me to do certain things in my life. Now I listen to music almost every day, it also gives me something to do when I am bored and I love the feel of music, the way the bass is in my ears and how all of the combined sounds go together.

Blah blah blah in early January Ace suggested that I could register an account on deviantart, since a few others had one too and I was also able to host art there without using tinypic or whatever else there was. I thought about it hard because I felt it was something that I did not need to do. But I did anyways when I was at school, I registered the account there. Dang I was drooling at everyone elses profiles because they looked so epic, mine was going to take some time to fill up. I added all of the guys that I knew. Began to upload all of the art that I had with me already and even scanned some different ones like when I was just sketching and then random people were favoriting it. Made me happy that people like my art even though it isn't as "good".

BLAH then just looking at random art and checking out this one guy's profile which was totally full of Lugia stuff, I somewhat cringed at times don't get me wrong, found an interesting picture that was pretty cool and it lead me to another artist, sent him a note and then talked back and forth a few times, added on Skype, ect and thats when I made my first friend on DA! I then decided to send notes to a few artists that I felt needed a hello from me. Most of them I got something back. Ever since I have been checking out new artists on there and making many new friends, some even know others that I already knew on there! Hopefully I can get my art skill better, would be epic to do some of the things that I see other artists do, it is so beautiful and epic af... Then I meet artists on a different site, talk to more people on Telegram, and it goes on and on.

Well I think that is enough to explain for now, or I could go on for a very long time. But thats the jist of it, thats a short explanation of what happened when I first came back to TEF to now. Hopefully you were able to read everything!

Introduction to Characters Dazenth, Nienna, and Stephen

Nienna - A quiet, shy, female deer.



My very first account at The Endless Forest. A generation one created around 2009, but for some reason I feel it is earlier than that... Well I was very young when I first played and I used my old laptop, my god that was hell for performance! Then every few years I came in and out of TEF and I was not in the community at all, I just played in the game. My sister then played the account for awhile until she no longer had a usable PC since she got a Mac. She is no longer interested in TEF and does not play anymore. My main account was created later.




Stephen - The me in the forest.



My third account that I have in TEF, was once originally IvyChain's account until they gave it to me when I was looking for an older account. The picto was supposed to be used for a character that I got but due to some reasons I had to remove the character from the community... Now I just use this to use as an OOC. Just imagine a human faced deer that looks almost exactly like me in real life lol.



Dazenth - A kind, epic, sweet dragon. My bab.



My main character and I will forever love him! His picto is my main account, a generation two that was made in 2011. Same thing as Nienna with activity. It used to be called Sny203 for the longest time until I came back to TEF in late July of 2015. The picto in the beginning was supposed to represent my dog, Molly, cause it looks like it has an M and O in it! Eventually I changed the account name to Mozdog which is why I lost the age counter too. I need a better name anyways, but now it looks like the first two letter of the username lol. Well I have used this account ever since I came back, it is my main account and is the pictogram of my character Dazenth!

Character Development

I thought a lot about what I wanted my character to be at first, going from dog, to bird, then Pokemon species, until I finally decided on something I rarely delt with and wasn't that interested at the time. Dragon species! So thats what I picked and thats what developed and what you see today, my bab Dazenth!

Friends and People

All of the people in this community has been a wonderful bunch to work and play with, but I feel I should mention some people that have really made an impact for me but also a spot in my heart, and of course if you are not mentioned I still did not forgot about everyone else please remember that!



Kamaya - So many characters, the bridge with characters Dazenth and Kamaya, one of the nicest and best friends I made here and very glad of all of the time and company I have spent with!

AceAshling - Helped kickstart my first character, epic af, looks like one of my old friends, great artist, Ashe is a cinnamon roll.

ShrinkingRose - Kind sweet one, my mentor, always enjoyable to chill with.

Kujance - The young one who I thought was older and in college, outstanding human RPs from the past that I miss, close friend! JOVAN IS BACK!

Chizzu - Done a lot together and love her as a friend dearly, need to keep going with, dragon derp member, I WILL RETURN MITHRAZ'S MEMORY.

bloodygoddess - Another I thought was older but is in the same boat as me, pretty sweet art that fits perfectly with Maggot, and great developed characters! Also pretty af!

VeeDeer - A great guy to talk and hang out with, enjoyable experiences on TEF and Minecraft, Starless is the cuddle pup.

Hautakumpu - So glad to have met, fangirl to art, player of bab's bab and one of bab's crush, I wanna squeeze, need to play and talk with more.

cloudandis - One of my closest friends, I love Sabel.

FloralTea - Does BEAUTIFUL looking art that I want to commission SO BAD but since I cannot nothing will be possible for a long time... Still is a great person to talk to and is so kind, must do more RPs with especially with that adorable af fawn.

tigerart27 - CUTE art, CUTE Tig, must restore broken character bonds, need to talk to her more.

OkamiLugia - One of the first people I met, an introducer, love Ryuu to death, please come back more...

TreeDancer - So kind, lots of characters, need Rictic badly, Eloa is like bae.

Cydaluva89 - The reptile lover, but disappears so fast lol.

Flyleaf - First friend first person I met, the introducer to my return. Also rest in peace my friend, you will be greatly missed... Good luck ♥

Vaala - Sweet girl I played with many years ago, and still catch her once in awhile.

Calix - Awesome person, cute af characters!

Istore - A pretty interesting and nice person, named Ksyu, player of Isetore and we get along well and enjoy our characters playing with each other and giving affection.

Jayternator - Relatable with, eye opener, the person to relax and have fun with, fellow Minecraft player on the TEF realm.

Jackalope - So nice but wow I felt like I abandonded... Gotta talk with more for sure.

Foxofthestars - Epic art, epic sona, epic person!

ToxiicSushi - State neighbor, need more interaction with babs.

Thais - Kind and amazing character, which is Thais! Someday would love to have a great RP with!

Lera - Not seen too much but a pleasurable girl to be with!

Sylvan - Learned a lot from first meeting to now, quiet and shy but talkative when he gets going, so cute tho omg everyone squeeze him.

Huskylove - The girl with an interesting art style, even though English can be tough for her I help her out as best as I can to help her understand certain words or sentences, also is a beautiful singer.

IvyChain - Says I have a cute baby face, has an epic feline Kushal, need more interaction.

Senecxyx - Lots of characters too, Kettu's owner, a great pleasure to hang with!

Sannosuki - One of the nicest people I have met on the community, always cheerful, fun, and caring.



Um, I think that is it! Thank you so much for reading this, I still cannot believe how much happened to me in only a few months it is crazy! I thank all of you people, even for the ones I have not met yet you are still part of this community and you are still something. I wish I could give all of you something to show how much I love you guys, but I cannot do anything more that what I am able to at the moment, all I can do is just spam the words thank you... I thank Aria and Michael for this game too, if it didn't exist, none of this would either! If you want to talk to me more about all of this for whatever reason, or just for hugs and kisses, I am around on Discord! 9 years being around TEF, and there will be many more years to come!

As I mentioned on the top, this was all written quite awhile ago but im here for a newer thank you for you guys. I do thank you for all these years of good times, bonds, memories, nostalgia, and much more. Gosh I miss a lot when im not around and im again sorry for that! Im gonna keep trying to keep myself and this alive, with university and other big stuff coming I hope to juggle it all efficiently. If you wanna hang sometime drop by anytime! See you in the forest!
