character concepts here are some of my various monsters, some of which dwell in the forest .. and some of which may soon make an appearance.

oh it's been too long, the time does fly
i've missed you all <3
(does anyone still remember me?)
Ahh, thank you both! <3
I'm rather partial to my time-creature, myself. I hope to have more concept-art of it up, soon. *o*
And, barn owls are for sure one of my favorite birds
Thank you! <3
They're meant to be a pair, of sorts; both are mechanical monstrosities. Essentially, a clock and a furnace. The time-keeper and the surgeon (or mortician, more like). One runs on clockwork, the other on fire - burning and consuming living matter in order to survive.
I'm glad *o* I look forward to sharing <3
wow, this is really good. I especially like the clock and the furnace, and your description only makes them even more interesting. Their concept is very original and intriguing. Hope I'll see/hear more <3
watchbreaker -- thank you <3 i'd love to see them *o*
i like to entertain the idea of mechanical clockwork oddities. i hope to make some more of them, as well.
mini -- ahh, thank you, you flatter me <3
keepiru -- thank you, too <3

Mordecai -- eee *o* barn-owls <3
(i've got a soft spot for them, as well)
nuevapaz -- thankyoou~
Thank you all, for the feedback <3 I really appreciate it.
I hope to have some more creatures to post soon <:
I'm just going to do a bit more random characterization rambling (if that's okayy).
The machines -- the furnace and the clock -- work as a pair, of sorts. They arrive at the forest, together. The clock cat, for the moment, has named herself Time -- but she is a fickle and wayward creature, curious, but loyal to no one. She does what she wants, and roams where she pleases. Every hour of every day, she's changing: and the person that you knew before is nothing but a memory. There's an underlying current of familiarity, a constant, which ties her varying moments together. You can see her gears turning, but will never understand their functions -- even with the truth lain before you, she is a mystery.
The furnace is a monster, an obsolete machine escaping death. Rusted and blood-ridden, ragged and breaking down. Consumed by rage, fueled by loneliness, plagued by destruction. All she can do is -- destroy, and burn, and murder. It loves the world, in truth, but can't bear to love -- and so decides, in fact, to hate it, loathing its beauty, loathing the happiness that she longs for but could never understand. Everything burns, that she touches. She's dying from the inside out -- hurting herself even as she seeks to hurt others. All she wants, is someone who could understand. And, barring that, she wants to see the world burn.
That doesn't surprise mee, I was relatively quiet back when I first joined and didn't post much n_n;
I don't believe we've met before, Chickenwhite *o* But I believe just the other day I was taking a look at your mirror roleplay and it looked lovelyy. I believe we should roleplay sometime. If, you know, you want to.
Hi I'm Kreeta I ramble a lot.

Bahaha. Then we should most definitely roleplay <3
I'll make a post or few or somethingg on your rp blog soon, if you like <3 Or, or/and, if you have time or want to or etc, you could join in on the roleplay I brought Lumiere to, over in Kasmir's blog.
That'd be awesome~ ^w^
And sure, I'll give it a look >w<
Though I honestly gotta admit, I prefer one-on-one RPs, it gets confusing for me way too easily if more people are involved XDD;;
