I have added some new ideas [in orange].

I hope I havent stollen too many good ideas from you other deer. I try to be a bit original but prehaps some of these or something like them have come up before and I dont know what the forest powers that be have planned for the forests future. But anyway I though up some ideas since I've been playing that I will share here. If nothing else I hope that you find these ides amusing. Feel free to comment or add to these.

Ideas for Forest features / places

A place of danger / forbiden zone - An area where deer fear to tread and thus no one ever goes there. Prehaps a demon tree all crooked and twisted set within its own area that incures some kind of deer ' wrath ' is you get to close to it - loss of powers, movement or some other undesirable lasting effects that you realy wouldnt want. It is there but those who know stay well away from it. Although prehaps just its presance being there or simple curiosity could entice one unwittinly approach it and then .. BAM !! OUCH !!.. The mood and atmosphere around such a place could be erie, spooky. Bad spirits are to to roam there and young fawns have nightmares about it. Of course I heard of somethin like this writen deep within forest folklaw - deermuda ??

Further Forest Hazards and Dangers -

- Wasps - when a deer rubs against a tree occasionaly a wasps nest might fall from the branches and break on the ground. A swarm of angry wasps comes out of it and goes after the one that caused it or anyone that happens to be near. Wasp stings cause deer dizzieness and sleepieness and if the deer gets stung too much he becomes sluggish and even falls asleep for a time wherever he happens to be. Another undesiarable lasting effect that will cause the deer to flee in a panic if this happens.



A fairy tree - A massive bueatiful ancient tree around which sparkely, glowie things congrigate and multi coloured butterflies play amonst the twisted branches from which decorations hang. The biggest tree in the forest, far bigger even than the Old Oak. Its a pretty place of mellow magics and gives special powers that can only be attained here. Theres a fairy tree in 'Rappelz' in the Fairy Woods. And I've seen screen shots of one in 'Aion - Towers of Eternity'. They look nice.

- Fairys - Larr tells me that there are fairys in the forest. Should I believe in such things ? I dont know.. but prehaps it would be nice to occasionaly or rarely spot one. If a deer saw a fairy, it being so rare and all, I'm sure they would try and chase it. Then again the fire flies that come out at night and swarm above the purple flowers look like fairies, I always did like those ( they always captivate both Larr and Mushroom) ...

An Ancient Meeting Place - like a stone circle [ love those ] or a roofless circular temple space of pillars set around an Endless Forest icon or logo, prehaps engraved into the floor or a central piece. Vines and creepers wrap themselves around the outa pillas giving bueatie to the space when they flower. It is the meeting place of ' The Deer High Council of Elders ' persided over by the Twin Gods Themselves where they conduct benificial rituals and disgus forest politics [ boring to fawns ].

Further varieties of freaky fungie that cause various wierd and wonderful side effects when eaten such as -

- Bubbles - causes the deer to blow colourful bubbles out of his mouth and/or nostrils that then float away in the forest breeze. I saw bubbles at the Abiogenesis parties - bubbles are cool !!

- Floating - causes the deer to begin floating involentarily and he is then taken uncontrollably by the forest breeze here and there. At this point he is helpless and cant get down until the effects wear off. Of course this causes no end of amusment to any deer who happen to witness the spectacle.

- Song and Dance routine - cause the deer the suddenly break into a song and dance routine with full lyrics and funky dance moves. This is very useful for entertainment purposes at forest parties or when trying to attract the attentions of a mate of the oposite gender.

- Deer plays music - if the deer happens to be wearing those old golden gramaphone horns, Abiogenesis music begins to play from them and follows the deer wherever he goes. Hmm prehaps trumpets or a brass band kind of a sound ?? Again good for parties or even self entertainment purposes.

- Butterflies - causes a swarm of butterflies to fly out of the deers mouth or the old gramaphone horns again. The butterflies will fly about the deer for a time before eventualy dispersing into the forest.

- High pitched moo - causes the deers voice to become very high pitched as if he has breathed helium. This could be quite funny..

I think such freaky fungus is a probably a little rarer than the commonly found mask causing fungus or shape shifting mushroom circles. I like the idea that prehaps there is only one kind of freaky fungus but it could create any of the above or other wierd effects at random. Maybe it could cause even more than one effect at the same time ( a floating deer with bubbles coming out of his ears ?? O.o). Also the effects could be delayed and also last for a random amount of time so if you do eat it you never quite know just what effects you will get from it. Such freaky fungus would definatly have novalty value amongst the fun loving deer hurds.

A movable object - ball - Deer can knock it around and it bounces of trees and floats if it lands in the pond. Can always be found somewhere around the forest and gives rise to variouse sports and games.

Ideas For Deer Abilities And Features

Female Deers - I think one of my main desires for the endless forest is to see the female deers looking more feminine with sweeter facial features.

Further choices of different kinds of deer roar, grunts and vocal noices - High pitched short mooos or low pitched long deep mooos. Expressing different moods and expanding further deer comunications without the use of human words.

Deer Pk mode - Causes the deers pictogram to flash red when activated and then he has the ability to shoot lighting bolts from his eyes thus vaporising any targeted deer. Creates an atmosphere or fear, mis-trust and paranoia thus destroying the peaceful harmonic moods of the forest and ushering in a new age of forest darkness and conflict.. hmm..

Or prehaps we could all just wear hats ..
