Two pictures, both under the cut.
After Samuel John Carter’s painting “Morning with the Wild Red Deer". I fell in love with that posing and had to give it a try, trying to find out why the positioning of the deer was so fascinating. Also a little shadow and light training for me.

I have to admit, I feel bad for referencing that closely to an existing picture....
I even feel bad for using reference in common for ANYTHING at all. Maybe the reason why I simply
don't get better.
But that is a strange paranoia of mine.

The line is taken from Sonata Artica's "Broken", though I have to admit the rest of the lyrics do not suit the pic and not their story XD The song was playing while I finished this and I thought that exact line was going well as title for the picture.
