The pic in the first panel's thought bubble is one I uploaded before called "I like you". It depicts Kinsha admitting he likes Silvery. I thought it'd be fitting for him to be thinking of that time.
As for the bird...Kinsha often draws his friends as different animals. He was drawing a dramatic-looking bird for a long time without knowing who it was. Not long before admitting his liking for her, he figured out it represented Silvery.
