Light filtered in down from a slit in the curtains of the bedroom, the room dimly lit. In a large bed a lone figure lay. He lazily rolled over in his bed and yawned, rubbing his blue and green eyes. He looked over to his right where it looked like a figure was laying due to the crumpled and flipped over quilt. "Uh?" He sat up and stretched, running his hands through his black and orange tipped hair. He looked around the room.

"Mitra?" He called for his significant other but got no response.

He shifted off the bed, pulling up his paijama pants which had slipped down a little. He figured she must have gone to get breakfast as he looked at the clock which read 10:34am. But it was strange that she had gone without him. She usually poked him awake.

As he moved towards the bedroom door he heard a voice.

"Draak?" It was indeed Mitra. Slipping out of the bathroom.

"Yes my dear?" He turned to face her and walked slowly over. Embracing her and tenderly kissing her on the top of her head. "Good morning"

"Morning Draaky" She giggled quickly before clearing her throat.

"Huh? what is it?" He moved back slightly to look at her face.

"Uh...well...you know how..." She paused and looked to the ground and back again and smiled briefly. "...with...and...we.."

"What are you getting at?" He laughed softly.

"Um"

He looked at her intently.

"Draak...I talked to Auge...and..." She gave a shy smile and brushed some hair out of her face. "...she told me that what I had been experiencing and stuff...and she told me to..."

Draak had indeed noticed a change in Mitra's morning routine and eating habits. She seemed to visit and be in the bathroom for some time ever since they had had that discussion about having children that one night...

"...Draak..." She smiled up at him and stared at him in the eye.

"...I'm Pregnant."

His face lit up and he gave a large smile. "Oh Mitra...thats wonderful!" He embraced her again, lightly touching her belly. "I'm...I'm going to be a
father. How long?"

"..well...ever since that night a few days ago when we-"

"No, no...how long until it's born?"

"Well...Auge told me a few months at least" She grinned and patted her stomach.

Draak leant in, catching her off guard and kissed her lips gently before whisking her off her feet and taking her into the kitchen for a late breakfast.
