Peppino had been wandering

Peppino had been wandering about The Birch Forest, the tall grass brushing against his legs as he enjoyed the sun's warmth. His hide shined in the sunlight; he had taken a shower before arriving to the forest, and it made his body clean and groomed. He always liked to look his best in case he came across any women, and today was no exception.

Trudging up a hill, he noticed a bright, white form with pitch black feathers that stood out against it. Curious, he walked up to it, only to be delightfully surprised that it was a doe. His blonde tail swished in excitement, a broad grin forming on his face.

(It's completely fine! c:)

The girl had taken to the birch forest in an attempt to get away from all the noise, the Pond being much too active for her liking. She could still hear their mooing in her ears... not a very good thing to wake up to, no. All of the forest' landmarks seemed to be active in some way but the birch was by far the most quiet. She needed a place to clear her mind, as the idol's cool water had failed to do so.
She looked up when a stallion approached her (strange, she hadn't seen a horse in the forest before) but she gave him a smile back when he grinned. She made note of his scar - and toned muscles. Typical bad-boy. "Hello," she greeted.

"Hello, Baby," Peppino greeted as he slowly walked around to. He took in every detail of her delicate form and black feathers. They were a lovely contrast, one that he couldn't take his eyes off of. After make a full circle around her, he sat himself down in front of her. "How's your day been, Baby?" the stallion asked, his softly ears focused on her.

Oh, boy, this one was a flirt. She actually had to bend her neck to look up at him as he circled around her, following his golden eyes with her own blue ones. "Could be better," she said, "without the fawns mooing, that is. Gave me a headache." She kept her eyes locked with his the entire time, a little wary of his flirtatious attitude. (If he was expecting to get somewhere with her, he'd eat his heart out before she could let him.) "And you?"

The girl didn't move or flinch when met with two dazzling amethyst eyes. She cast a glance off to her spines, she thought they were pretty. They would look even better at night. "I'm glad," she started, "and I'm well."

The doe shuffled a little. "Not sure about that anymore, hon," she said, "but it would be nice." She might have been going a little over the edge, but oh well. Still no harm. "Your such a flirt that you've got my head in the clouds, hon. Far away from that headache." It was true, although maybe it was from the quiet company - Peppino surely hadn't been mooing in her face, and she was glad.

She thought a little when asked what her name was, she couldn't remember such and she normally went by her forest name. "Normally, I'm recognized by my forest name - and I have no clue, to be honest."

I adore her, and her name is

I adore her, and her name is too cute. But I can't help but find it so amusing when males in particular call her 'baby'. Considering it's well.. Her name, they could just be like "Hey Baby, nice weather we're having! Talked to your mom lately?" orrrrrr "Hey, baby, you're lookin' mighty fine this evening." Hahaha, totally made my whole afternoon.
