+~Meeting new friends~+

It was a normal day for Terro, the usual scouting the forest for food and predators with little to no change in his daily routine. However, that all changed after a shuffling of bushes caught his attentive ears

Tensing, Terro glanced back and forth, attempting to locate the source of the noise. Eyes blazed and antlers at the ready, he stood bravely. Another rustle and Terro was frantic to spot the intruder, only to rest his honey brown eyes upon another deer. Relaxing, he offered the stranger a gracious bow, intent on letting them know he was of no harm. The stranger, in turn, reciprocated the action. Curiosity took hold of the buck as the stranger approached. Head tilted slightly to the side, Terro made no movement to run or attack. His breathing was steady, eyes calm and warm, interested in what the stranger would do. A puff if air and an intriguing scent filled his senses. The stranger was attempting to identify him! He stood perfectly still, allowing the deer to analyse him as they pleased. Their actions afterwords showed no sign of aggression, but rather, of a friendly nature. They exchanged greetings, played with their antlers, and even reciprocated affectionate gestures. Terro had never felt so much joy as he did in this instance, at least, since the death of his late father. He welcomed the company eagerly and ventured off into the thicket with his new friend, awaiting whatever surprises lay deep.

After some time of traveling, Terro and his new found friend came upon the lake. Parched, he cantered towards the spring to take a drink. It was here that he had spotted a lone fawn. He gently approached the fawn, curious as to why it was all alone in this portion of the forest. The fawn, however, backed away slowly, frightened by the site of the older buck. In order to ease the tension, Terro offered passive actions to quell the fawn's fears. Dancing, bowing, and playfully jumping around, the fawn evetually warmed up to him.

Together, Terro and his two new friends galloped around, enjoying eachother's company and laughter as they played by the lake for the remainder of the day.

(Btw, if you are any of the two deer that I have just described, I would love to meet you guys again! =D)
