Aaaalso. Guys. If I were to hold a contest or something, with prizes pretty much like this (tripped out versions of your characters or something), would anyone be interested?

Now about a picture: I love the lights and shadows on deer's face, it's very well detailed. And the idea seems so creepy, yet amazing... and jelly-meaty ._. <3

You got an awesome sense of texture and depth. The white lines give it an interesting feel.

To those who wonder - this contest would probably be open to more than just artwork entries. Short stories, and maybe even screenshot comics or something, would also work. And I'm excited that there's this much interest. Laughing out loud I'll probably get around to making this contest this evening then. I'll link to it here when it's up.

Unplugged - I love music. I cannot draw without it. My iPod is mostly filled with classic rock, but I also adore soundtracks.

Thank you! Smiling I actually wanted to recommend you a band I like because their music is very twisted and experimental, and it reminded me of your surreal art so I thought you might enjoy it. Ah well.

The Mars Volta!
It took me some time to get into their music, but they have been my absolute favourite band for some time now. And once I started reading interviews, learning what's behind their albums and generally finding out more stuff about them I started to love them even more. So don't just brush them off the first time you listen to them.
Just.. everything. Their music, the way they create it, the way they talk, ...They're absolutely amazing. Laughing out loud
Sadly not everyone's taste. I haven't managed to find anyone else who would get into them too.

lol well, guess what, you just found one who loves them :'D I've been listening to them for about two years. My favorite songs are metatron, wax simulcra, and goliath -- all from the bedlam in goliath <3 wax simulcra was the song that got me into them. You just gotta love cedric's voice <3 and the drummeeeer~

I'm open to - and listen to - every kind of music. Don't get me wrong though, I'm not one of those mainstream people who listen to radio hits, I actually SEARCH FOR my music. I don't just sit back and take what I get.
When you said you knew a band that is twisted and such, I actually thought of Aphex Twin. Maybe you should check 'im out (: though it's not a kind of "rock" as The Mars Volta is, it's some sort of psychedelig trance. But it's definitely worth checking out.
Also one of my favorites are Maynard from Tool and A Perfect Circle <3 I just love that man. And if you've seen some of Tool's music videos, you should know they're twisted enough. xD

and yeah... we should probably stop spamming this page. xD or we could just call it bumps..? xD <3
