Making the game run faster? :O

I don't get to play the game often, but when I do it's a laggy, hardly enjoyable mess and I'm just kind of stuck sitting alone 'cuz my interations are a little slow. Also, windows 8 doesn't always let me push certain combos of keys to do things like slow-hopping, lol.

Any tips please? I really wanna be able to enjoy the forest and it's denizens!!

well you can lower any of the

well you can lower any of the nature detail, character detail, and all of that, and if you uncheck 'show player identification' it really helps speed things up. but your internet is also responsible so if you have slow internet or if you're downloading anything or if something is streaming it may be slow then the game will be hella slow.
