Hey guys, I think now that I've really improved on my drawings, I think now is the time I start doing animations. I've done only a couple before, and I don't think they are that bad, but they need improving. So, i'm looking for a good animation maker.

The closest I have to this in MS paint and Windows Movie Maker on one of my computers. I also have Gimp but I'm not sure if it's the type of animation tool I want to use. Is there some type of free animation program out there that would be easy for beginners like me to use?
