To save or load a set, you must first be logged in. Have you done that? If not, simply enter your username and password on the Network tab in your menu. Access this menu by click "Esc" on your keyboard, or the small green/orange dot on the lower left hand corner.
How many days ago did you register? It takes one month for a fawn to grow into a big deer. Fawns cannot hold sets for very long, and must load their set about every minute or so. Big deer can keep their sets forever.
And to answer your second question, you cannot change your deer's pictogram, which is the image above your head. It is there forever.
Don't worry, you'll learn! Just ask questions whenever you need, and I or someone else will try and help you!
