Well, the one with whom I am familiar is a white doe, so I doubt there will be any confusion. xD A simple pronoun should do the trick.

And, if you're worried about Kita's biography being less than anything you'd hoped for (I think it's fine! It gets everything across. c: ), you could always look around at other biographies on the site, or even on different websites, and (without stealing, obviously) take inspiration from those!
Sometimes it just takes really getting to know a character to write a biography that you're satisfied with. c:
