It makes me very sad to see

It makes me very sad to see someone leave the forest, especially if it is because of one or two other people. Instead of leaving, why not try making more friends from other social circles? One of the main points of this game is that you don't have to talk with someone to be their friend. Forest language transcends the IRL language barriers you may encounter here.

Don't let one or two people ruin this beautiful game for you. There are hundreds of deer you could be friends with instead.
