Open to anybody. Preferably a stag just because of the way I've phrased everything.
Nephele stood by the shore of the pond, ears flicking angrily as she glanced to the side. She could see two fawns frolicking together, causing quite the ruckus as they did so. Lowering her head, she took a welcome drink of water. The fuzziness of sleep was quieted somewhat but the nightmare she had still lingered. Shaking her head, she turned away and trotted leisurely past the fawns, who had tumbled to the ground. One glanced up at her and she tilted her head, pausing. They untangled themselves and one took a cautious step toward her. She held her ground, staring at it. The two of them scurried off quickly, going back to frolicking just as quickly as they had stopped.
She let out a soft breath as she started a leisurely walk toward one of her favourite spots in the forest. Arriving at her destination, she spotted the familiar path. Stepping onto the small flat rock, she tensed before hopping up higher. This was her favourite spot to gaze from. She could spot a few deer huddling beneath the angled rock as well as more fawns frolicking through the tall grass. She was almost envious of them, being able to have fun so easily.
A twig snapping caught my attention and she spun around, ears perked up before she saw who the intruder was and she grinned.
"Whaddya up to? Snooping around? You know, you could be a man and at least try to catch me off guard,"
She sneered. She wasn't about to mention that he had genuinely caught her off guard, that would be showing weakness. She started to pace leisurely upon the rock, eyes watching him like a predator would watch their prey. From her spot on the rock, she stood just slightly taller than the stag before her and that suited her just fine.
