TO GET CANDLES ON YOUR HED you got to sneeze off all your other antlers so that you're wearing the default ones (with no flowers or any). Then you go to the Playground and get on the biggest rock there. Walk around. The candles are invisible, but check every part of the rock and eventually an icon will appear to pick up candles, like how you get flowers.
