It's a thing... or something...? (Asking for character help)

Yeah... I tried harmony for the first time... after a few minutes of doddling, this came out.

I'm thinking I might make it into a character, but have no idea on the specs or anything yet XD

I guess he'd be a he or an it (definately not a she) and he'd have something to do with water... I'm also guessing he'd be predatory.
No name yet though, suggestions would be great ^^
