You have money to spend and things you want...but you can't buy anything because your birthday is a few days away!! Gaah!!

There are four new albums out that I am dying to get, because they're all bands that I really enjoy and have been waiting to hear new music from, but I'm almost positive that I'm going to get at least one of them for my birthday so I can't get them yet.

Here's the four albums I really want right now XD (In alphabetical order so it doesn't seem like I favor one album)



The All-American Rejects - When The World Comes Down

I have been DYING for a new AAR album! My brother gave me Move Along for a road trip and I listened to it all the way. The songs are very fun to listen to. I eventually picked up their first selftitled album and loved it too.

You may know AAR as the band who did the song Move Along. Other songs that you may have heard include Dirty Little Secret and It Ends Tonight. One of the songs I like from the new album is Real World (we get to play that on Rock Band )



Fall Out Boy - Folie a Deux

Same deal, another band I absolutely love. I was sitting in the car waiting for the CD store to open one day, and there was a big picture of their album, Infinity on High, in the window. I knew they were a popular band, and I liked the cover of the album (it has a winged sheep on it), so I was like, "Oh what the hell, I'll listen to them." I got the album, thought it was wierd at first, and then somehow, someway, FELL IN LOVE WITH THEIR MUSIC!! I think Fall Out Boy is one of my favorite bands to sing along to in the car.

Songs you may know from Fall Out Boy include This Ain't A Scene, It's An Arms Race, Dance Dance, Sugar, We're Going Down, and Thnks Fr Th Mmrs. The big Fall Out Boy song from the new album is I Don't Care, another one featured on Rock Band.



Goldfinger - Hello Destiny

Not quite as well known as All-American Rejects and Fall Out Boy, but still a great band. Goldfinger has upbeat, punk-rock-ska music and gets my vote for one of the most fun bands to listen to. Believe it or not, I actually found their first album at a thrift store. I picked it up and was like, "Where have I heard of this band from?" So I got it and soon became a fan!

Goldfinger does not feature any songs on Rock Band (or any songs that I am familiar with the new album), but you may know them from one of two songs: Superman, or probably more familiar to you may be their cover of the popular Nena song 99 Red Balloons



The Killers - Day and Age

Okay so the Killers isn't one of my most spaztastic bands - I'm still slowly getting into their music, but they are pretty fun! I got into the Killers after playing one of their songs on Rock Band and deciding that I wanted to listen to more of them. They're kind of a strange band, but their album Sam's Town is my favorite so far.

Probably the song you would know by the Killers is When You Were Young, and another popular one is Mr. Brightside. The song from the new album that we like is Spaceman, which of course is featured on Rock Band. My brother, actually, is more obsessed with this song than I am!

Well that's the four I want right now. I hope I get at least one of them for my birthday!
