Bink and Almondine are under a little bit of redevelopment, and these two are my top priority for character development.

Olay yelped in surprise and jumped back, her hair annoyingly flying into her face. She quickly brushed it from her eyes and stepped forward.
"Oh dear, are you all right?" she coutiously put a hand forward to look at his head, to make sure that it wasn't bleeding or anything.
"I'm sorry... Did I misinterpret yer 'open' sign on the door? I'll leave if you want me too." she quickly babbled out, a deep flush of embarassment on her face when she had realized what she had said.
'Yer'...
Ugh...
She often tried to hide her heritage, but sometimes, words just slipped out.
(Eh, he's used to it.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine, and we're open all right, it's just really empty he- Did you just say 'yer'?" Finn pointed out, though he didn't mean to be rude. He just had no tact.
But Finn had only heard one person say that before, but he didn't but two and two together to figure out who she really was.
"Hmmmm, you look really familiar... I feel like I've heard about you before. Were you in a movie? What's your name?" He bombarded her with questions, not really giving her the time to answer one.
The flush on her face only
Olay tilted her head in puzzlement at his series of questions, not really knowing where to start. "Uhm... I don't see how... But... My name is Olay..." she smiled nervously and politely held out a hand. "It's nice to meet ya.... you... Mr..." she trailed off.

Satisfied, Finn climbed off and sat next to her, prepared to wait for her all day if he had to. Soon though, he fell asleep as well.

A long pause followed.
Jergens... was alive?
After all this time, she had always assumed that he was dead. He was alive? Alive and well, even? Was he here? Was he here living with...
Wait.
"Um... Are you his boyfriend?" she asked, her voice an astonished whisper.
It was the first of many questions that came to her mind.

The reaction in Finn was immediate, a bright red flush and flailing around. Olay made him feel the same way Jergens did; extremely confused and embarrassed about his sexuality.
"N-nonononono, he just stayed here for a while, and I gave him so food and a place to sleep andandand-" He insisted, eventually become so flustered he couldn't sleep. Oh, he was so glad Jergens wasn't here. Jergens would probably give him the hardest time if he saw Finn like this.
((Hurp :B And, Jergy: "Mm?
Oh... That was wrong then? Olay sighed in dissapointment (as that meant that he wasn't here) before quickly perking up and smiling at him.
"He's alive, then?! I'm so happy!" her whole body practically quivered in excitement. After all, it wasn't everyday that you found out that your brother was still alive.
"Um... Maybe we're talking about a different Jergy..." she considered. Hey, even if it was an unusual name, she still had second thoughts.

"Red, curly hair, pretty creepy, can't read, nearly destroyed my microwave? Does that sound like the Jergens you know?" Finn asked, an oddly serious tone in his voice. Judging by Olay's hair, he was sure they were related.

Another long moment of silence.
"Uhm... Yeah... That's him..." tears were starting to well up in her eyes. God, she was just so happy
Now all she need to do was to find Aveeno, then all of them could be together, something that she had always wanted.
"He... He isn't creepy!" she huffed, her cheeks flushing in embarassment. "He's... He's just different..." she nodded to herself, as if declaring it so.
( I thought so. xD) "He laid
"He laid his head in my lap and kissed me on the cheek! Is that not creepy to you?" Finn declared, his cheeks still red from the memories. He huffed as well and crossed his arms, hoping he would make his point.
((Ah... What
She tilted her head, a bit confused. The tears in her eyes started to slowly drip down. Not out of sadness, but more out of joy.
"Well... He does like to flirt... I always told him to make sure that he wasn't scaring anyone!" she frowned, rather annoyed that her brother hadn't listened to her.
"Ya... You probably did something that just sort of brought it on. He just likes you~" she giggled, and started to look around, doubtful, but hoping. After all, she had noticed that he was refering to him in the past tense.
"Is he still here?" she asked, tucking her hand into her shirt to pull out a delicate little rosary that she always wore around her neck, fingering it comfortingly.
Finn completely disregarded
He ducked underneath the counter and pulled out a piece of paper with Jergens' crude drawings on it. "He left without saying anything, but he left this behind." He held out the paper for her to examine.
((*Dies* Buh... the gift
She bit her lower lip as she looked at it. What had happened? Why... Why was he crying in that one picture? Even more embarassed, she carelessly wiped away tears with her shirt sleeve, trying to put it all together.
"H-He... He likes teasing people... Yes... But... He really did like you. I mean, you see the heart on the bottom, right?" Ah, if only Jergy could read... That would made intrepretation a heckova lot easier.
"And if you kept this, then that means that you liked him too, right?" she didn't really understand, obviously. She never would.

"Yeah, he sure does like teasing me..." He noted, wondering is he should comfort her.
"As a f-friend obviously. I kept this so I wouldn't forget him." He smiled at her, hoping to cheer her up.

That seemed to do the trick. Olay fingered her little wooden rosary one last time before tucking it back under her shirt.
"Hm... I don't see how anyone could forget about Jergy..." she giggled and put a finger to her lip, thoughtful.
"Wow... I can't believe this... I walk into a comic shop and all of a sudden I know that my brother is alive." she exhaled a sigh of relief, bowing her head gratefully. "Now I need to find some way to contact Avvy about all this..." she automatically assumed that Jergens had told Finn about his family, and their names.
( C: ) "Yeah, that's quite
"Yeah, that's quite the coincidence. Guess, it's just fate, or something like that. I don't know how the universe works and junk." He shrugged.
"Avvy, who's that?" Finn questioned, looking awfully confused. Though, Finn always looked that way.

"Eh? Aveeno, of course! He's our older brother. I haven't seen him in years..." she seemed to go off in her own little world for a minute before quickly shaking her head, getting back into focus.
"D-Don't worry, there's only three of us 'lotion siblings'. It's so silly, isn't it? Our mother was insane..." she sighed and shot her eyes back at him, a new thought flashing through her quick mind.
"Why would Jergy go into a comic shop, anyway?" she leaned on the counter and tapped her lip, suddenly noticing the notorious Mr. Nubbs nearby.
"Eh? How cute~" she bent down and held out her hand, trying to coax him over.

"Yeah, those are some weir names you all have. I'd like to meet him sometime, seeing as all the other, err.. 'Lotion Siblings' have visited me." Finn said, smiling.
He tapped his chin thoughfully. Jergens had never really directly said why he came to the shop, and Finn didn't really wonder about it after he left."You know, I don't really know why he came by here."

Finn woke up with a stretch and a yawn, and noticed Tobbie moving around. "Feeling better now? I told you you should stay still."

" Yeah actually i can walk fine! " she stumbled sideways a bit, soon regaining her balance.

She thought about it before starting into a fit of giggles, politely cupping a hand over her mouth. "Oh, knowing him, he would probably just want to look at the pictures or something..." she suddenly looked around with a wary look in her eyes. "Um... I hope that yer... your boss dosen't get mad at you for sleeping or talking to me..." she mumbled uncertainly, looking at the ceiling to see if there were any sign of cameras.
"It's kinda sad how there isn't anyone else here, y'know?" she fiddled with her fingers as she looked around, already making a mental note to buy something just for the heck of charity.
Tenley- "Ah, you do look
"Ah, you do look better." He acknowledged, keeping close to her incase she fell again.
Ginger-

"Nah, I'm my own boss. My own hours and all the pay goes to myself." Finn said proudly, puffing out his chest.
His look changed dramatically though at her last comment. "Nobody's really come by lately. This place is pretty much a ghost town. It seems that no one reads comics anymore now that there's 'an app for that.'" He replied, dejected.

Ah... Poor thing... Olay would be sure to buy a bunch of stuff before she left, more out of guilt than anything else.
"Oh... I'm sorry that Jergy ate you out, then. Your financial situation must not be very good..." her tone wasn't offensive, despit how rude the statement itself was, she didn't seem to notice.
She quickly turned around and started walking down the aisles, picking out issues at random before putting a nice, hefty pile on the counter, a conforting grin on her face. "How much?"
(Sorry for the slow reply,
The little fawn laughed in reply as she hastened to catch up to him. Running in such a straight line she easily started closing the gap between them, but even though she jumped surprisingly high for her size she was still less than half the size of Jin. Thus when it came to some of the larger obstacles, she darted around them instead of leaping over them, falling slightly behind again. Yet despite this the distance between them was getting steadily smaller.
Ginger- (Bahaha, waaaaaay

Also, I haven't checked comic prices lately, so I just picked a number at random. I know they're fairly cheap at our local bookstore though, maybe 75 cents an issue? Buuuhhhh. /fail )
"It's okay, not great, but this whole establishment is paid for and all of the furnishings, so I only have the occasional bill, and my grandfather's inheritance keeps this place going." He said happily. Finn wasn't one to worry abut financial issues.
"Uhh wow, that's quite the pile." He observed before counting the comics in the stack, and ringing them up. He struggled with that though, he'd been out of practice for a while. "Your total comes toooo... $14.75." He said with a smile. Gosh, he couldn't remember the last time someone bought something.
Kiraki-

Jin decided it was time to get a little risky. He turned on a dime and started heading back towards Kiraki, who wasn't far away. He leapt over her with great ease and continued on. Until his concentration was broke by a loud, booming voice coming from his own body.
"What in the world do you think you're doing?!" The voice commanded. Jin skidded to a halt, and nearly toppled over as he did so.
((Indeed :'D Ffff... Wow...
"Oh, that's it?" she quickly turned around and gathered up an even larger pile of books, easily plopping them on top. Yes... her roommate was certainly going to get a shock tonight, wasn't he? Oh well... If buying things made this man happy, then it was all worth it.
Granted, she had little to no money. Her entire university career just floated on scholarships and grants. She couldn't find a job, and neither could her roommate. Well... Her roommate just lived with her.

"Look, this is really nice of you, but are you sure you want to buy all this? You don't have to for this for me." He said, concerned.

Finn followed her and sat down next to her. "Are you feeling alright now? I don't want you to have any brain damage..."
Kiraki-
Jin turned to face Kiraki, his ears down and his head low. He murmured something, but he was interrupted by the voice coming from the wide frown on his neck. "I leave for five minutes and when I wake up, you're being chased by a fawn?!" The voice commanded.
His attention turned to Kiraki, and Jin shook his head, scared for the fawn. "And what do you want, runt?"
" Im fine, i don't think it
Kiraki tilted her head at him
” Ru… run.. ette…” She tried pronouncing the odd new word but shook her head and instead returned to words she could say.
” We play!” She grinned happily up at him, giving a little excited bounce.

Finn was right in his assumptions on her financial situation. Yes, Olay was rather poor. She wasn't even sure if she had enough money to buy what she had lay in front of him.
Still, she only had to see and find out.
Oh yes! I can pay for it! I... I have a credit card... I can take care of it..." she mumbled, a bit shamefaced. She really did want to help him...

"A credit... card?" No one had ever bought enough stuff in his shop to ever use one, and he had never had one himself. He had only seen them in movies, and he wasn't quite sure how to work it.
He was having a Jergens moment.
"Uuuuhhh- Just gimme a sec!" He said, a little louder than he had planned. He pulled out a large manual for his cash register, and quickly began to flip through the dusty pages at a pace that meant he would surely miss the page he was looking for.
((fffff... 'Jergens Moment'
"Uhm... Yes?" how weird that he didn't seem to know how to work his own machine! She knew how to use a cash register. After all, college kids needed work too.
But would it be rude to just come on up and tell him how to work it? Yes, it be like insulting his intellegence. She would not do it.
"Oh! You don't need to rush!" her cheeks flushed in embarassment as Finn went through his book, her her hand darting to the rosary around her neck.

Even more flustered, Finn rushed through the pages, while chanting the number he was looking for. "356, 356, 356."
He stopped.
"355, 357. 355, 357."
The page was gone.

Nowhere to be seen.
Finn fainted.

It took a lot to make Olay angry. A lot. But one of the things that made her the most angry was when people insulted her big brother. That was just unacceptable
"He dosen't sound or look it! He dosen't wear girly clothing! He just... He just likes his own gender.... He can't help the way he is, and people like you! People like my parents, they don't understand that it isn't his fault. That it isn't even a fault to begin with! she huffed, her cheeks flushing an angry red.
She stopped ranting as soon as the young man in front of her fainted. Of course, being Olay, she thought that it was her fault.
"Oh! I'm... I'm sorry! I didn't mean it!" she exclaimed, dashing over to his side of the counter, checking to make sure that he was alright.

When Finn jolted back to consciousness, he quickly scooted away from Olay, dragging himself to he farthest corner of the space behind it. He had heard her little rant before he fainted, and he was scared she was still mad at him, not having heard what she said after he fell.
"I'msorryI'msorryI'msorryI'msorryI'msorry!" He shouted, cowering and covering his eyes.
"I didn't mean to say it I swear! If it makes you feel any better I kinda like guys too. And girls! I don't know... I'm just confused! P-please don't hurt me!" Finn broke down, confessing one of his darkest secrets to her. Something he had never told anyone.
Well, he might of hinted it to Jergens, but Finn wasn't one to notice hints. Even if he's the one giving them.

Oh, now she had done it... Made him scared. Olay was the type of person who wouldn't hurt a fly, really. If a cockroach had found it's way into her house, she would have just picked it up and set it outside with a little pat on the head and best of luck. The cowering young man only made her feel even more guilty and motherly.
"Shh... I didn't mean it, okay? Don't cry, now. I'm sorry. I shouldn't get angry at little things like that, I know." she crawled over to him, a gentle smile spread over her features. She always had a sort of motherly air about her. It was what people liked her so much for.
She put a hand on his shaking shoulder, lightly drumming her fingers against it. "Not sure? That's all right, we all have our difficulties. Do you want to talk about it? Would that make you feel better?" she reached up a hand and started to pet his hair, a small hum escaping her throat.
She really would have made an excellent mother.
