Iduvine's Diary - The tale of the white dove 3:1

When I woke up today I found myself all lost in this endless forest.
I noticed I had slept between two big trees who's green foliage had given me shelter for the night.
My wounds since yesterday still hurted and it took some time for me to even get up on my feets.
The stag had shown me no mercy and the marks after his sharp hooves was clearly visible.
As my mind started to clear I looked around, I couldn't hear the sound of the purling water as I was used to.
I knew that I was on the edge of the birch forest, everywhere I looked I could see small birch trees growing in the dense pine tree forest.
I turned around and started trott away from the birch forest I knew that the pond laid almost in the middle of the pine tree forest. As I finaly heard the familiar sound of purling water I trotted a bit faster. At the pond I was able to quench my thirst with the crystal clear water... It felt so smooth flowing down my throath.
When I was done drinking I walked towards my usual resting place, the crying idol.
On my way a stag showed up, his fur was white as snow and he wore the skull mask.
Because of my earlier meetings with stags didn't end that happily I was very careful and showed him that I absolutley not wanted to fight, but he looked at me as I was crazy and then greeted me friendly. I snuffled at him and then backed of a few steps in case he would try to hurt me. He looked at me again and laughed and then he wanted to play with me.
I looked quite confused on him and shaked my head, my muskles hurted and I didn't want to play at all. He seemed to understand me.
I followed him around for a bit, his friendly gestures had made me feel safe in his company and he didn't seem to mind me at all. It was acctually the opposit, he protected me against strangers I didn't feel safe around and this white stag seemed to gain my trust even more. As the day past we had a lots of fun together and this was the first day in a long time that I acctually played with another deer. I felt that I had so much energy to waste and it even seemed like all this playing made my wounds stop hurt, or maybe it just was that I stopped thinking about it.
When he finaly had to leave later this day I nuzzled him carefully and layed down by his side utill he disappeared in a blue cloud of smoke. As he was gone I felt bored, I had still lots of energy left. As my eyes suddenly met the sigt of another stag, the one I've seen a lot of times in this wood. It was the stag who was wearing a bunch of masks on his antlers, I quickly looked around and ate some muchrooms growing on a tree nearby.
The spell I got from it I casted on the stag and his skull mask turned into some other mask that I didn't really get a look on... cous as soon as he had sneezed of the mask I casted on him he started chasing me, It still hurted to much for me to gallop away from him so I trotted as fast as I could away from him.
After that he had casted one mask spell on me he gave up his chase and walked back into the woods. As soon as he was gone I started to laugh, that was exiting.
After all this I returned to my usual sleeping spot next to the crying idol.
I laid down and fell asleep as I listened to the soft purling sound of the water...
