As far as I know only people with an older version of the game can get them... and I think that is in any weather... For other users they would have to wait until the gods put them in the forest for all to grab.
I can't log in on older versions. Oh, how I have tried. I've tried about 5 different older versions, and couldn't log in on any of them. No idea why.

I'd try more, but unfortunately, my bandwidth limit is at 95%. Downloading another TEF would cause my connection speed to go KURsplat, due to wildbluenet being...yeah.
Well I asked because I want get Validus a party set. His party set will just be his normal set just w/ the candles. I also wanted to get him the candles for during his fawnhood. The two candles that the fawns get stay on their heads like flowers do, right? I so don't know anything XD
