I still cannot get into the "My Account" page and I need to change my email address listed.

*Sigh* It's been a while now, over a week, and I still can't use the community. I can't even log into the support forum with either of my user names. Can someone help me? Or is there an email address I could ask for help with?
Well, using my other account (bpgisme) I managed to figure out how to see at least part of what I needed and I did get my email changed, but the first page, the "My Account" page still doesn't show. It's a start at least.
