Michael replied to my topic on the support forum, apparently it's a glitch they don't know the cause of that started occurring after the 3rd age or whatever was released...

Maybe there's just something wrong with your internet connection, or you're not getting a good signal from it?

Nah, it's just an unknown glitch that came with TEF 3.
