I Have a Problem Can Anyone HELP????

Ok, me and my Friend are both having the Same problems.. Either it says you are not connected when you actually are connected, or it says you are connected and you are but the Load and Save buttons do not pop up. ANY HELP? i tried restarting the game, I've tried restarting the computer etc. Can you please help ???

I wonder if something be could blocking TEF from connecting to your computer, or perhaps its just your internet connection altogether.

Yes i have tried re-downloading the game but it still did the same thing. It is a Windows Not Mac computer. And it should not be the internet because everything else in the house that uses internet is working Fine.
