So hello! I had the sudden urge for another plush as I found a very lovely plush when at Vee's. I should've made a picture of him, but the important part is: buttons! Buttons for eyes, buttons for joints! So old fashioned, so lovely. I found a random fabric I really digged, so I started sewing!
He can stand on his own, the joints move about. I started him at friday I think, or thursday, and finished today! The fabric is rather shiny.
These two pictures were made yesterday night. It's the head without any repairs so to say. Like the antlers don't stick upright, the ear flails about. It was very derpy.
And here I fixed the head! Fixed the antlers to stay upright, ears as well, and made the head less fat. Glad how that worked out!
The fabric was extremely unforgiving, so you see all the mistakes I made. Boo. But he's for myself anyway, and I suppose I kind of like seeing such hand-made mistakes. Gives him some personality. Also those are very fluffy antlers. He can sit! XD
He was loved by all the women.
So yes. A very simple, but lovely plush. Atleast, I'm kind of pleased!

Lessee. It's a very fluffy fabric, same fabric as this plush for the white fur. But I didn't capture it too well on photograph. I cut the fur short too! Or else it was too fluffy XD

It's this child's beloved toy now! XD Thank you, I'm really liking the old fashioned look too. No fluffy fabric, just very cotton-like stuff. I had a teddy bear with moveable joints too! He had a mistake in him though, the factory had given him two left legs. Kind of silly. XD

It's more so that, every little sewing that did not go very equal pulls it into a slight wrinkle. But it's cute.
Fluffy owlet! Rofl, thank you, I'm glad you think so! With my normal plush I use very fluffy fabric that hides all this hand-made magic, it's kind of nice to do something like this now.

Thank you! ^^ I had a sewing lesson at primary school I think, but mostly my whole sewing technique is made-up. Hehe. Though I bet there are many sewing video's on youtube. I had a certain stitch I had to look up and I found many tutorials! And really, anyone can do this. I started because a friend of mine was making plush, and I went "I can do that too." And just did it. It takes practice, but it's so rewarding!
