There's not enough disk space on endlessforest.org to host your pictures. So you need to upload them to another server and then put the URL between the [img] and [/img] tags.
check out some places online like imageshack or photobucket, where you can host your pictures for free. You can upload the image you want to post there, and then take the 'direct link' html address listed for your image and copy/paste it between the [img] [/img] brackets (no spaces) and voila! You have an image posted.
