First you have to upload your

First you have to upload your image on online image hosting. It has to exist on the internet already before you can upload it here.

Once it's on the internet, you'll have a link to it, example --> http://hostthenpost.org/uploads/70a5b0ac71f00d6294acec4b2a29a342.png

You put the link between [*img] and [/*img] tags (delete the *)

And here you go!

You have image. I hope this helped, if you have more questions don't hesitate to ask ^^
