You could try this. Whenever you want to comment, open a new tab from the link. Then write your comment, post it, and as the warning page appears just click the tab away. Then you can continue onwards from the other window. The comment will go through without dublicate postings.

Just a Friendly advice. ^^' I do this all the time. Even now there's three tabs in my mozilla.
