Help please with avatar!

Hi everybody,
I try to show a tiny pictur/sceenshot of my deer (little picture on the left side of post. I am so proud that I made a tiny pic at the Forum side and I am now able to show my screenshot (after 1 and a half year dummy!!!)

but I have no luck with the little picture on this side (Community Side).
What have I to do? Please help me!
P.S. sorry for the bad english, I try my best

You can just upload them

You can just upload them from your computer. Did you check the restrictions for size? Maybe it was more than 100x100 pixel / 50 kB.
Also I don't know which picture format is accepted, but if you use jpg or gif it shouldn't be apoblem I think.
