Heh, I had the same problem! Asked about it on the site forum and they told me theres a bug with the newest updated version of Internet Explorer 7. If that's what you use you'll have to access the registration page through a new browser, like Firefox, until they sort it out. A lot of people use Firefox these days, but I just keep it around as a backup. it can be handy! XD Hope that helps.
