Candles need to be cast by a player who is running a specific older version of the game. They can not normally be found in the game itself, unless it is a special occasion. If you can't get another player to cast them, there are usually candles that can be picked up like flowers on one of the larger rocks at the Playground in the days around Halloween. Be sure you have the default antlers only!
