I know you use Photoshop..that what I have XP. What I want to know is how you make your pics transparent..I hate having a background in every picture I draw!
Ah, it's not possible if you dont use layers, I don't know any other ways. ;c Maybe someone else will comment, I'm not exactly pro at Photoshop either. D: <3
I know I've seen a tutorial somewhere (which is how I learned), so maybe you could try looking around. I will try to explain, but I don't know if I really can very well. ^^; Which is why I would recommend finding a tutorial.
1. Okay, first, when you open your picture, you will probably see a "layer 1" or "background layer" that is locked, and you won't be able to unlock it. Instead, copy the background later. You can do this by going to the "layer" menu and selecting "duplicate layer". Another way is, on the window showing the layers, drag the layer on top of the "new layer" icon.
2. After you've copied the background layer, you will now be able to delete the original one. Click the "trash" icon, or go to "layer->delete->layer".
3. Now you can make it transparent. Select the background (I use the magic wand tool), and press the delete key.
You might end up with stuff left over in the background that will make it look messy. You can just use the eraser tool to erase that stuff and clean up the image.
4. Save your picture as a .PNG file.
You can also save it as a .GIF, with "preserve transparency" selected, but that won't work for everything, but an image that's small or simple enough might be okay.
Delete the background and
*looks dumb* lol how do you
I see what's wrong. Firstly,
