The answer I got was that only the owners of the game can changer your password for you. So you could e-mail them and see about them doing that for you. Other then that I couldn't tell you what to do...
It told me that too but there was nothing for it to be reset too so it's still the same password and there is no way for us to just change it all willy nilly.
