Candles can only be cast by a

Candles can only be cast by a player playing an older version of TEF, so you'll have to wait until a player with access to that older version sees this and helps you. That could take time, so be patient Smiling

I know of one person who was online, on a certain version of the game that does allow that to be done. But they are likely offline now...
