Have you registered your deer?
If you have, make sure you log in in the game. Click the little red dot down in the left corner of your game screen, click on Network, then enter your username and password and click Log in.

When you want to quit, make sure you don't click on Log out, just click on the 'X' down in the bottom right corner. This saves any appearance you have. Hope this helps!
