I haven't closed my eyes yet but
the world's falling away.
I'm seeing little stars here
but the sun's still up - it's day.

The pain's fading from my wounds now;
my own sadness is long gone.
So I stand and look around to see
a world I'm blessed to look upon.

This is what you might call heaven -
it's a place meant just for me
While I once thought I was dreaming,
I'm where I'll forever be.
