The two deer in this are Brehach (Uncle Charlie) and Silver Bells (Élodie). The names in parentheses are their human form names. And yes, that is a moustache. ;u; He has one in his human version, so why not as a deer? xD

The small black one with the bell harness is my persona, and the large red one is her adopted father. (: Before coming to the Endless Forest, they lived in Scotland, (I’m unsure of the time period at the moment). Brehach is a Red Stag, and Silver Bells is a small mix breed with some Fallow deer most likely, seeing as she kept her white spots. She is also Melanistic. (*See below for description) I haven’t worked out the whole story yet, or the details… But Silver Bells was an orphan fawn, who was discovered by humans. They kept her as a pet for a short time, making a red harness with bells for her. They were very kind people, but Silver Bells was still frightened of them. She escaped, but only to be lost in the wilds of the Scottish Highlands, during winter. Brehach found her; he was keeping watch over the herd that night. He spotted her while she was a long way off, at first thinking it was a hunting dog. His fur bristled slightly, remembering the incident with one that gave him his scars. But he knew human hunting parties didn’t pass close these days, especially not during winter, so it couldn’t be a dog. He bugled, giving word he had found something. A young stag also on watch came to take his place, as Brehach set off at a trot to investigate. When he came within 500 yards, the scent hit him, and he knew it was a fawn. His guard dropped and he quickly galloped to it, and was somewhat shocked to find that it was indeed, black, with bright red swathed around her neck, with the harsh silver material that only came with humans. His expression softened into concern, the poor thing was obviously orphaned, starving, and had known man…

Well. Silver Bells lived with the herd, and Brehach, with the help of a young doe, raised her. The doe volunteered to feed the fawn, and he was grateful to her. The two ended up as mates, and Brehach was a wonderful husband as well as father, very gentle, strong, and loving. He taught his daughter everything he knew, and filled her imagination with the legends of the great Elk, wolves, and heroes that once roamed the rich green land. ^^ When Silver Bells grew older, she became mates with Atticus a strange white moose-type breed from Scandinavia. Lol xD But I tend to think of The Endless Forest as a Heaven of sorts. So, Brehach, being an older stag when he found her, died quietly when she was a young adult, years later his mate joined him, then Silver, and Atticus. And so now they’re all in The Forest. ♥ And also, the picture is of them in the Endless Forest, Brehach being a Red Deer while in Earth, was given the red pelt, and candles. Silver Bells was no longer sickly, and frightened, and she finally had the family she had always wanted, forever. ;u;
