Graphics and lag in the game?

It seems like almost everyone has great graphics on TEF like the water for example. I get no reflections or anything even if I turn that setting on. Plus why is my framerate really low? It never gets past 10.

Make sure you have shadows

Make sure you have shadows off and character detail no higher than medium. That will increase the frame rate a bit.
